2 cups milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups marshmallow creme
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups salted peanuts, chopped
1 (14 ounce) package caramels
1/4 cup whipping cream

Steps:

  • Melt together 1 cup milk chocolate chips, 1/4 cup butterscotch chips, and 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter then spread on bottom of 9 X 13 cake pan- put in refrigerator or freezer to set up while next layer is prepared.
  • Boil 1/4 cup butter, 1 cup sugar, and 1/4 cup evaporated milk together for 5 minutes.
  • Take off stove and add 1 1/2 cups marshmallow creme, 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 1 1/2 cups salted and chopped peanuts.
  • Pour over first layer that was chilling then place back in freezer.
  • Melt 14 ounces of caramels with 1/4 cup whipping creme until smooth then pour over second layer that is chilling- place back in freezer.
  • Melt together 1 cup milk chocolate chips, 1/4 cup butterscotch chips, and 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter then spread on the top of of third layer in the pan.
  • Return to chill until set up.
  • Store in refrigerator to keep from getting too soft and to aid in cutting and serving.

6 whole Snickers candy bars, full size
6 whole Granny Smith apples, cored
8 ounces cream cheese, room temp
1 (8 ounce) jar marshmallow cream
12 ounces Cool Whip
maraschino cherry

Steps:

  • Cut your Snicker bars and Granny Smith apples into bite size pieces.
  • Cover and set aside.
  • In large mixing bowl mix together the cream cheese, marshmallow fluff and whip until smooth and creamy (if cream cheese is not room temp it will be clumpy, and thats okay, its just better at room temp).
  • Fold in cool whip.
  • Fold in Snicker bars and apples.
  • Garnish with cherries.

With the brownie bottom and classic Snickers taste, this is our new favorite dessert!

1 (18.4 ounce) box Brownie mix ((we used Betty Crocker))
3 Tablespoons water
½ cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 (11 ounce) package Kraft caramels
1 Tablespoon heavy cream
1¼ cup dry roasted peanuts
12 ounces chocolate almond bark ( (or chocolate chips))

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 13 x 9 inch baking pan with foil and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  • Prepare brownie mix according to package directions mixing together the brownies mix, water, oil and eggs and pour into the prepared pan. Bake for 24 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Cool the brownies completely.
  • In a medium bowl combine the marshmallow creme and peanut butter with a hand mixer until blended.
  • Spread the mixture on top of the cooled brownies in an even layer.
  • Unwrap the caramels and microwave in a medium bowl with heavy cream for 1 minute. Stir, then heat for an additional 30 seconds or until melted and smooth.
  • Spread the caramel layer on top of the marshmallow nougat layer evenly. Immediately sprinkle on the peanuts and press them gently into the caramel. Pop the brownies in the fridge for about 30 minutes to set.
  • Melt the almond bark according to package directions until smooth. (If using chocolate chips melt in a microwave at 15 second intervals stirring after each time until smooth. Using a sharp knife sprayed with cooking spray, cut the brownies into 1-2 inch squares.
  • Dip the tops of the squares in the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  • Place on a foil-lined baking sheet to set.
  • Repeat until all the bites have been coated.
