Special Dark Cocoa Recipes
ESPECIALLY DARK CHOCOLATE FROSTING
This comes from the back of the Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa container. It is so good I didn't even have to tweak it. ?

Steps:
- Melt butter
- Stir in cocoa
- Alternately add powdered sugar and milk, beating to spreading consistancy. Add small amount of additional milk if needed.
- Stir in vanilla. Ice cake, if you can stay out of the frosting long enough.
SPECIAL DARK COCOA
This is something I came up with one evening after see a story about a company that was doing quite well selling cocoa with chili peppers in it. This recipe does use dark cocoa powder not the regular cocoa powder.

Steps:
- Combine cocoa, sugar, cinnamon, chili powder and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, whisking constantly.
- Add milk, continuing to whisk constantly till heated thoroughly, But do not boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla; serve in mugs.
- Can garnish with cinnamon sticks and whipped cream.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour two 9-inch round baking pans or line 28 to 30 muffin cups (2-1/2 inches in diameter) with paper bake cups.
- Stir together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla; beat on medium speed of mixer 2 minutes. Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin). Pour batter into prepared pans or fill cups about 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes for round pans or 22 to 25 minutes for cupcakes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans to wire racks. Cool completely. Frost with "Especially Dark" Chocolate Frosting.
