Serve your family with this pie made with sausage, bell pepper and Pillsbury™ Big & Flaky dinner rolls-a delicious dinner.

1 lb spicy or mild bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained
1 medium red bell pepper, diced
4 oz cream cheese (from 8-oz package)
1 can (12 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Original Crescent Rolls (8 Count)
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
1 egg yolk, beaten with 1 tablespoon water

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. In 10-inch skillet, mix pork, bell pepper and cream cheese. Heat over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until hot. Set aside. Separate dough into 4 rectangles. Onto ungreased cookie sheet, place 2 rectangles, short ends together, forming 14x5-inch rectangle. Firmly press perforations and center seam to seal.
  • Spoon pork mixture lengthwise in 4-inch strip down center of dough to within 1/4 inch of edges. Top with cheese. Press remaining 2 rectangles to 7x5 inches, firmly pressing perforations to seal. Place each rectangle over cheese, pinching center seam to seal. Brush egg yolk mixture over top of rectangle.
  • Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until deep golden brown. Cut into slices. Serve warm.

8 oz tube refrigerated crescent roll dough
10 slices deli salami
6 slices deli ham
24 slices pepperoni
6 slices provolone cheese
pickled banana pepper rings

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Line baking tray with foil. Grease with cooking spray.
  • Roll crescent dough out and press together perforated edges.
  • Layer all ingredients on dough.
  • Roll lengthwise and bake for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown.
  • OPTIONAL: Drizzle with melted butter, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese and dried oregano.

1 pizza dough, refrigerated (recommend Pillsbury)
24 slices pepperoni
6 slices provolone cheese
6 slices hot italian ham
8 slices genoa salami
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 teaspoons italian seasoning
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Steps:

  • Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Break open the tube of dough and remove it from container. Dust your hands and lightly coat the dough with cornmeal then roll out onto work surface. Stretch out dough, then cut the thin rectangular dough into 4 equal square pieces.
  • Cover each piece of dough with: 6 slices pepperoni, 1 1/2 slices cheese, 1 1/2 slices hot ham and 2 slices Genoa salami.
  • Roll each piece on an angle from corner to corner making a long roll that is thicker in the middle and thinner on each end.
  • Brush rolls with extra-virgin olive oil then mix sesame seeds, cheese and seasonings in a small cup, sprinkle and pat the mixture into the dough.
  • Bake until evenly golden, 12 to 15 minutes then serve.
  • If desired, serve with marinara Sauce.

1 8 oz log of crescent roll dough
5 slices deli ham
6 large slices salami
5 large pepperonis
3 slices provolone cheese
1/4 cup parmigiana cheese
5 large pepperoncinis
2 T melted butter
1/2 t italian seasoning

Steps:

  • Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil, spray with non stick oil and lay out the crescent roll dough. Press the seams together.
  • Add the ham, pepperoncinis, pepperonis, and salami along the horizontal center line. *See video
  • Bring the sides over the top to cover completely.
  • Add the Italian seasoning into the melted butter and brush on top of the Stromboli. Sprinkle with parmigiana cheese.
  • Bake at 350℉ for 16-24 mins or until golden brown.

  • Place dough on a large greased baking sheet. Cover with platic wrap. Let the dough defrost in the fridge for 6-8 hours or overnight. Remove from the fridge and let the dough sit for another hour or two before assembling. You can also use prepared pizza dough if you don't plan ahead, no worries!
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Lightly dust a large working surface as well as a rolling pin. Remove the dough from the baking sheet and roll out to a rectangle 8x13 inches long.
  • Layer the pepperoni on top of the dough. Sprinkle with 1/3 of the cheese. Layer the capicola on top followed by the remaining cheese. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of the pizza seasoning. Season with a little bit of salt and pepper.
