Strawberry jello shots are easy to make with vodka and topped with whipped cream and fresh strawberries for a tasty adults-only party treat.

Steps:
- Add jello mix to a medium-sized bowl. Stir in boiling water, and mix for 2 minutes, or until Jello is fully dissolved.
- Stir in cold water and vodka. Allow to cool for 20 minutes at room temperature. Pour into containers and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours (or overnight).
- Top with whipped cream and fresh strawberries before serving, if desired.

Steps:
- In a small mixing bowl place unflavored gelatin powder.
- Add 1 cup cold water.
- Soak the gelatin for 2 minutes. Whisk until dissolved.
- Add 1 cup of hot water and strawberry Jello to the bowl. Whisk until everything is dissolved.
- Add Kinky Red Liqueur and champagne. Whisk to combine.
- Pour Jello into small cups and place in fridge for about an hour, or until very firm.
- Add Pop Rocks to the top of the Jello.
- Eat these quickly because once the Pop Rocks stop popping,, you're missing out on the fun!

- Pour 1.5 cups pink lemonade or sparkling cider into a medium-sized sauce pan. Sprinkle 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin on top and let sit to activate. Turn on medium heat and bring to a light simmer (do not boil).
