Our Marshmallow Popcorn is a fun and unique popcorn treat that is sweet, salty, crunchy, and delicious! Your family will ask you to make this again and again.

10 Cups of Popped Popcorn
3 tablespoons Butter (Sweet Cream, Salted)
3 cups Mini Marshmallows
Salt

Steps:

  • Pop 10 cups of popcorn and remove all of the un-popped kernels. Salt it liberally and set aside in a large bowl.
  • Add 3 tablespoons of butter to a medium saucepan. Melt the butter on medium heat, stirring occasionally until the butter is completely melted.
  • Add 3 cups of mini marshmallows to the melted butter.
  • Stir until the marshmallows are covered in the butter, and then continue to stir until the marshmallows are completely melted.
  • Take the marshmallow mixture off of the heat as soon as the last marshmallow has melted.
  • Slowly pour about a third of the marshmallow mixture over the salted popcorn.
  • Gently fold the marshmallow mixture in with the popcorn. Continue to add the marshmallow mixture a bit at a time, stirring between each addition. The popcorn should be completely covered in the warm marshmallow mixture.
  • Now pour the popcorn onto a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper, foil, or a Silpat liner. Use the spatula to even the popcorn out on the cookie sheet.
  • Allow the Marshmallo Popcorn to cool. Break apart into pieces and serve.

8 cups popped popcorn
1 1/2 cups pretzels
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup packed light brown sugar
2 tablespoons corn syrup
12 big marshmallows
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 cup M&M's

Steps:

  • Place the popcorn and pretzels on a large baking sheet that has been lined with a Silpat baking mat. Set aside.
  • In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the brown sugar and corn syrup cook and stir until combined. Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat and add the vanilla and salt, stir well.
  • Evenly pour the marshmallow caramel mixture over the popcorn and pretzels. Carefully stir toss until the popcorn and pretzels are well coated. It will be sticky! Gently toss in the M&M's.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to one week. The popcorn will stay sticky and soft!

4 quarts popped popcorn
3 cups salted peanuts
1 package (12.6 ounces) milk chocolate M&M's
1 package (16 ounces) large marshmallows
1 cup butter, cubed

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the popcorn, peanuts and M&M's. In a large saucepan, combine marshmallows and butter. Cook and stir over medium-low heat until melted. Add to popcorn mixture; mix well., When cool enough to handle, shape into 2-in. popcorn balls. Let stand until firm before wrapping in plastic.

2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
One 10-ounce bag marshmallows
10 cups plain popcorn (see Cook's Note)
1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles

Steps:

  • Grease a 9-by-13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  • Melt the butter in a large stock pot over medium-low heat. Carefully stir in the vanilla extract (it will spatter), then add the marshmallows and cook, stirring, until smooth, about 5 minutes. Stir in the popcorn and 1/4 cup of the sprinkles until the popcorn is well coated, then immediately pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, pressing it firmly into an even layer. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup sprinkles on top.
  • Let the treats sit for 20 minutes then slice into squares or bars and serve.
