My husband prepares these burgers throughout the grilling season--they are incredibly juicy and flavorful. Great served with corn on the cob.

Steps:
- Place the ground beef in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Gently mix the spices into the ground beef. Be careful not to overmix the meat, because that can lead to your burgers falling apart while cooking.
- Form the meat into a large patty and place it on a cutting board.
- Cut the patty into 4 equal triangles, and then shape each triangle into a hamburger patty. Each patty should be about 6 ounces. Use a food scale to weigh each one to ensure they are all about the same size.
- Use either your thumb or the back of a spoon, and press it into the center of each hamburger patty.
- Place the patties into the fridge until ready to cook.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high.
- Place the burgers on the hot grill, indent side up. Close the lid and cook for about minutes, making sure the bottom of the burger is seared. Flip the burger and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the beef reaches 160 degrees.
- If adding cheese, place the cheese slices on the burgers during the last minute of cooking. Should only take a minute for the cheese to melt.
- Serve hamburgers on your favorite bun with your toppings of choice.
- Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
- Once the skillet is hot add the burger patties and cook for about 3 minutes, then flip them over and cook for another 5 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
- If adding cheese, place the cheese slices on the burgers during the last minute of cooking. Put a lid over the pan to melt the cheese faster.

JUICIEST HAMBURGERS EVER
No more dry, lackluster burgers. These are juicy, and spices can be easily added or changed to suit anyone's taste. Baste frequently with your favorite barbeque sauce. If you find the meat mixture too mushy, just add more bread crumbs until it forms patties that hold their shape.

THE BEST JUICIEST HAMBURGER RECIPE - (4.5/5)

Steps:
- Place beef chunks and butter on large plate in single layer. Freeze until meat is very firm and starting to harden around edges but still pliable, about 35 minutes. Place one fourth of meat and one fourth of butter cubes in food processor and pulse until finely ground into pieces the size of rice grains, 15 to 20 pulses, stopping and redistributing meat around bowl as necessary to ensure beef is evenly ground. Transfer meat to rimmed baking sheet. Repeat grinding in three more batches with remaining meat and butter. Spread mixture over sheet and inspect carefully, discarding any long strands of gristle or large chunks of hard meat, fat, or butter. Sprinkle 3/4 teaspoon salt and one teaspoon pepper over meat and gently toss with fork to combine. Divide meat into four portions. Working with one portion at a time, lightly toss from hand to hand to form ball, then gently flatten into 3/4-inch-thick patty (be careful not to overwork the meat or burgers will become dense and tough). Press center of patties down with your fingertips to create 1/4-inch deep depressions. Transfer patties to platter and freeze for 30 to 45 minutes. Using a skewer, poke 12 holes in bottom of disposable pan. Open bottom vent completely and place disposable pan in center of grill. Light large chimney starter two-thirds filled with charcoal briquettes (4 quarts). When top coals are partially covered with ash, pour into disposable pan. Set cooking grate in place, cover, and open lid vent completely. Heat grill until hot, about five minutes. Turn all burners to high, cover, and heat grill until hot, about 15 minutes. Leave all burners on high. Clean and oil cooking grate. Season one side of patties liberally with salt and pepper. Using spatula, flip patties and season other side. Place burgers on grill (directly over coals if using charcoal) and cook, without pressing on them, until browned and meat easily releases from grill, four to seven minutes. Flip burgers and continue to grill until browned on second side and meat registers 125°F (for medium-rare) or 130°F (for medium), four to seven minutes longer. Transfer burgers to plate and let rest for five minutes. Serve on buns.
KITTENCAL'S JUICY HAMBURGER/BURGER
We all have our different tastes for burgers I like mine flavorful and juicy this recipe will give you the best of both! see the bottom of the recipe for tips on even more extra juicy burgers! --- making a indentation in the middle of the uncooked burger will prevent the burgers from puffing up into meatballs shapes while cooking and keeps them flat --- do not add any salt into the burger mixture as the dry onion soup already has a lot of salt content, you can sprinkle some on towards the end of cooking if needed, if desired you may add in 3-4 tablespoons of your favorite barbecue sauce to the ground beef mixture

Steps:
- In a bowl crumble the ground beef with clean hands.
- Add in the dry soup mix, egg, garlic, breadcrumbs or crushed soda cracker crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper and hot sauce (if using).
- Using clean hands mix until combined, add in more breadcrumbs or cracker crumbs if needed to just hold the mixture together (do not overwork the meat or it will be tough).
- Divide the ground beef into 6 equal patties (or make 8 small patties).
- Using your large finger or the back of a small spoon make a shallow dent into the center of each patty (about 1-inch wide).
- Place the patties onto a large plate or a small cookie sheet; cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of 6 hours or up to 24 hours to blend flavors.
- Grill or pan fry the burgers as desired until cooked through (if desired sprinkle a small amount of seasoned salt on top while cooking the patties).
- Serve burgers in toasted buns with choice of condiments.
- TIPS FOR EXTRA JUICINESS; shape the hamburger into a ball, press 1 tablespoon cold butter into the middle then seal the meat around the ball then flatten into burger shapes ----or add in 2-4 tablespoons raw finely grated potato into the hamburger mixture then shape into patties, use no more than 4 tablespoons for 2 pounds of ground beef or the burgers will take on a meatloaf texture.

Steps:
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded cheese, bbq sauce, and seasonings. Don't add too much bbq sauce or the patties will have a hard time taking shape. Shape patties that are about 1 inch thick (about 5 patties). (You can also freeze the patties after shaping them for about 1 hour to help them hold their shape.)
- Turn grill up to high and let it get hot.
- Reduce heat to medium-high and place the burgers on the grill. Allow this side of the patty to cook for about 4-6 minutes, but make sure it does not burn. Then flip the burger over and cook until done.
- For the sauce, combine all sauce ingredients and whisk until well mixed. Taste and adjust ingredients to your liking.
- Assemble the burgers and serve with the special sauce and other hamburger toppings of choice.

JUICY HAMBURGERS
A most requested recipe for juicy burgers, whether you grill or pan fry them. Dissolving the salt and pepper in ice water distributes the spices evenly throughout the meat just as some sausage makers do when making sausage. Cook time depends on how well done you like your meat.

- Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Work through using your hands until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
- Shape into 1/2 in (1 cm) thick patties, about 1/4 pound each. Make a thumb print in the center of each patty to keep the burgers from bulging out when cooking.
- Preheat a grill or pan to medium-high heat. Add the burgers and cook 4-5 minutes with the lid closed, until browned on the bottom and the only juices visible are no longer red. Do not push down on the burgers or move them around. Flip over and cook 2-3 minutes for medium, or until done as desired.
