THE BEST PASTA SALAD WITH ITALIAN DRESSING (EASY RECIPE)
This pasta salad with peppers and Italian Dressing combines summer's favorite fresh vegetables including cucumbers and tomatoes with chopped salami, black olives, and rotini noodles.

Steps:
- Boil the noodles according to the package directions. Drain the noodles under cold water and set aside.
- Chop the bell peppers, red onion, grape tomatoes and cucumbers and place into a large bowl. Add in the chopped salami, Parmesan cheese, fresh basil and Italian dressing. Toss to coat.
- Refrigerate the pasta salad for an hour or until ready to serve.

- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Place pasta in the pot, cook for 8 to 12 minutes, until al dente, and drain.
- In a large bowl, toss the cooked pasta with the Italian dressing, cucumbers, tomatoes, and green onions. In a small bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, and gently mix into the salad. Cover, and refrigerate until serving.

- Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water; drain well. In two large bowls, combine the California vegetables, tomatoes, zucchini, yellow squash, onion, cheeses and pasta. , In a small bowl, combine the salad dressing, parsley, basil, Italian seasoning, seasoned salt and pepper. Pour over pasta mixture; toss to coat. Stir in olives. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. , Toss before serving. Serve with Romano cheese if desired.
