- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and heavy cream until smooth. Stir in the Asiago, lemon juice, hot sauce, salt, pepper, seafood seasoning and 1/2 cup of the Cheddar until well combined. Fold in the crab meat. Transfer to a 1-quart baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining Cheddar.
- Bake until browned and bubbling, 30 to 35 minutes. Serve with crackers, bread or tortilla chips!

- Preheat broiler to high heat and warm a cast-iron medium serving dish over a low flame while you prepare the crab. Combine the bread and milk in a small bowl and set aside for 5 minutes. Purée the milk and bread in a blender until very smooth, then force the mixture through a fine mesh strainer. In a 3-quart saucepan, warm the olive oil over medium-low heat. Add the oregano and sauté gently, just until it becomes fragrant and begins to sizzle, about 2 minutes. Add the onion and continue sautéing for 5 to 6 minutes, until the onion is translucent and soft. Add the crab and the bread/milk mixture to the pan and stir gently until thoroughly combined and warm. Remove the pan from the stove and fold in the heavy cream. Season to taste with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Transfer the crab mixture to your preheated serving dish. Evenly cover the dip with grated Parmesan cheese and broil for 5 minutes. Allow the crab dip to rest for 5 minutes before serving with toasted bread.

This easy Crab Dip recipe is meant to impress, made with fresh lump crab meat in a creamy dip that can be served hot or cold.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Add cream cheese to a mixing bowl and beat until smooth. Stir in mayo, sour cream, garlic, green onion, Old Bay seasoning, salt, Worcestershire, and lemon juice.
- Add ¾ cup cheddar cheese and hot sauce and mix until smooth. Stir in crab meat.
- Spread into a 9″ pie dish or similar size baking pan and sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm, with slices of sourdough bread, crackers, tortilla chips or chopped cold veggies.
- Leftover crab dip will keep, stored covered in the fridge, for up to 5 days. Rewarm in the microwave.

Steps:
- Adjust an oven rack in the middle position and heat the oven to 475.
- Grease a shallow 2-quart baking dish.
- Whisk the cream cheese, milk, lemon juice, onion, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, Old Bay seasoning, and hot sauce together in a large bowl until smooth.
- Gently fold in the crab meat with a rubber spatula.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
- The unbaked dip can be wrapped tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerated for up to 1 day and microwave on high until bubbling around the edges, 1 to 2 minutes, and stir before baking uncovered.
- Bake until browned and bubbling, 20 to 25 minutes.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve.

I got this recipe from my now deceased Grandma and it is the best crab dip I've ever had and is a great appetizer for any meal! A little note, I chop the crab, celery, and green onions in an electric chopper and they are the perfect consistency!

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8x8 inch square baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine crabmeat, sour cream, cream cheese, buttermilk, mayonnaise, Monterey Jack cheese, Cheddar cheese, capers, artichoke hearts, garlic, black pepper and dill. Stir until well mixed. Spoon dip into prepared baking pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Old Bay Seasoning TM.
- Bake in preheated oven until top is crusty, about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Cut the top off the loaf of bread. Hollow out the loaf and cube the top and the removed pieces so that they may be used for dipping. Spoon hot dip into hollow bread loaf. Serve immediately with bread pieces for dipping.
