GRANDMA'S LACE COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
• Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl in a microwave. Add sugar and stir to combine. Add beaten egg and mix well. Stir in oats, flour, vanilla extract, salt, and baking powder.
• Drop teaspoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
• Bake in the preheated oven until edges are golden brown, about 8 minutes. Let cool completely before removing cookies from foil.

THREE RIVERS III LACE COOKIES

Steps:

• Mix all ingredients together well. Drop by 1/2 teaspoon (be exact... if you drop too much, they'll be crispy on the outer edges and not get done in the middle!) onto foil-lined sheet, 2 inches apart. Bake at 350 for 6-8 minutes (more like 9 in my oven). Allow to cool thoroughly on foil. When cool, peel off of foil. Easy. Can do ahead. Would be great as a garnish for ice cream or pie...

THREE-INGREDIENT COOKIES

Steps:

• Position a rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 300 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
• Pulse the nuts in a food processor until coarsely chopped.
• Beat the egg white in a medium bowl with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form, about 2 minutes. Gently fold in the sugar and nuts. Spoon leveled tablespoons of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, about 12 cookies total.
• Bake, rotating halfway through, until golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool completely on the baking sheet set on a wire rack.

LACE COOKIES

Steps:

• Cream sugar and margarine Add beaten egg and coconut flavoring.
• Mix dry ingredients in well.
• Drop by tablespoon onto greased cookie sheet.
• Bake 10 minutes at 350.
• Careful not to overbake, just till golden not browned.
• Remove to rack to cool.

OATMEAL LACE COOKIES

Steps:

• In a mixer with a paddle, combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, stir together wet ingredients. Blend wet mixture slowly into dry mixture.
• Drop spoonfuls of batter, spaced 3" apart, onto nonstick sheet pans and bake at 350F for 5-8 min or until golden brown.
