- Melt butter in large saucepan on low heat. Add marshmallows; cook until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
- Add cereal; mix well.
- Press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Cool completely.

Steps:
- In a large skillet (ideally with high sides), brown butter. When butter has browned, leave in skillet, but set aside.
- Spread marshmallows on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place under the broiler. Leave the oven cracked open and keep your eyes on it! When the marshmallows just begin to smoke, and are a golden brown, remove from oven. Flip the marshmallows over, exposing an un-toasted side. Repeat until most sides are toasted. (I did this 3-4 times.)
- Place marshmallows in skillet with brown butter and stir over medium-low heat to finish melting marshmallows. Transfer melted marshmallows and butter to a large mixing bowl; add cereal and toffee and stir with a wooden spoon to combine. (Do your best to evenly distribute the toffee.)
- Press into a 9×13″ pan coated with cooking spray and sprinkle with sea salt. Cool before cutting and serving.

Steps:
- Melt butter on medium heat in a deep-bottom pot. Once melted, add vanilla extract and marshmallows.
- Stir until melted, then turn stove off.
- Add Rice Krispies to melted marshmallows combine thoroughly until incorporated.
- Mold into desired container and refrigerate for 2 hours. Then, retrieve and let come to room temperature, 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy.

Steps:
- 1. Melt the butter in a large saucepan (large enough to fit all the ingredients).
- Add the toffees and melt them slowly in the butter (stirring continuously until melted).
- Add the marshmallow and continue heating and stirring until they have melted.
- Add the cereal, stirring and folding until the mixture completely covers all the ingredients. I like to do this over a gentle heat to keep the mixture free (don't worry is will go stringy when stirring it).
- Grease a tin with a little butter that is around 20cm square and line with baking parchment then empty the mixture into the tray. Press down with a spatula (as this won't stick to the mix) and leave to cool.
- Cut into square then serve. If not serving straight away store in layers with baking parchment underneath and in between.

- Preheat oven to broil. Make sure rack is in the middle of the oven (not up top, otherwise marshmallows will be toasted before they melt on the inside).
- Spread marshmallows on a lightly greased and lined cookie sheet. Carefully place cookie sheet in the oven on the middle rack. Turn on oven light (don't keep the door open to watch, it will hinder melting) and remove marshmallows when the majority of them are slightly darker than golden brown.

- Grease a 9×9 pan lightly with cooking spray. I actually lined mine with foil and then sprayed, for easiest removal.
- In small saucepan over medium-low heat melt butter. Continue cooking butter, swirling pan until it becomes a nice brown color (this will take about 5 minutes). Remove from heat.
