Steps:
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, oil, sugar, garlic, ginger and mustard.
- Pour 1/4 cup marinade into a large resealable plastic bag and add the turkey. Seal bag and turn to coat.
- Refrigerate for up to 4 hours. Refrigerate remaining marinade for basting.
- Place turkey on foil on grill and cover. Cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 170 degrees F. Turn turkey occasionally and baste with reserved marinade.

- Pat the turkey breast tenderloins with paper towels. Brush the mustard or 'Cue Glue on all sides.
- Sprinkle the BBQ seasoning, kosher salt, and pepper on all sides of the turkey.
- Preheat the Traeger/ pellet grill to 400 degrees. Place the turkey on the grill grates for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove them once they reach 165 degrees and serve with BBQ sauce if desired.Note: This serves four, I cut each breast in half for each serving.

- The day before you plan to cook the turkey, brine it according to the directions on the Traeger Orange Brine and Turkey Rub Kit. Ingredients. 1 (18-20 lb) whole turkey.
- The morning of your cook, remove the turkey from the brine, rinse, and pat dry. Discard the brine.
- In a small bowl, combine the butter and 1/2 cup Traeger Texas Spicy BBQ sauce. Ingredients. 1 1/2 Cup Texas Spicy BBQ Sauce, divided. 1/2 Cup butter, room temperature.
- Using your hands, gently separate the turkey skin from the breasts and legs, making sure to keep the skin intact.
- Spread the BBQ butter mixture underneath the skin in an even layer. Season the exterior of the turkey liberally with the Turkey Rub from the Traeger Orange Brine and Turkey Rub Kit.
- When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 400°F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes. Grill: 400 ˚F.
- Insert the probe into the thickest part of a turkey breast. Place the turkey directly on the grill grates, close the lid, and roast for 30 minutes. Grill: 400 ˚F.
- Reduce the Traeger temperature to 300°F. Continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 160°F, 3-4 hours (the temperature will continue to rise to 165°F as the bird rests).
