32 oz Velveeta Cheese
2 cans Chili can Carne (without beans-15 oz each)
2 cans chopped Green Chiles (4 oz each)

Steps:

Cube the Velveeeta cheese and place in a skillet or a sauce pan.
Place the chili and chopped green chiles on top.
Heat of medium heat, stir frequently until the cheese has melted and all ingredients are combined. Serve warm with chips and enjoy!

However, when Kathy Grealy brought this to Girl's Night, we all dug in and thoroughly enjoyed this tasty and satisfying dip. And using three ingredients and a microwave, this couldn't be easier to whip up for any informal occassion.

1 (15 ounce) can hormel no-bean chili
1 (1 lb) package Velveeta cheese
8 ounces salsa

Steps:

Cut cheese into thin slices.
Mix all ingredients together in a large, microwavable bowl.
Microwave on High for 5 minutes; stir.
Microwave another 3 minutes; stir well.
Serve with Tortilla chips. (Best served warm).

Ingredients

8 ounces brick Velveeta Mexican cheese (the small brick, any flavor would do, but Mexican is awesome)
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chili (with or without beans is fine, your preference)

Steps:

Slice up Velveeta brick into chunks in a big microwave safe bowl. Pour can of chili over it.
Microwave for 2 minutes, stir. Microwave 2 more minutes and stir.
Velveeta should be completely melted by now, but if not microwave 1 more minute and stir.
Dip tortilla chips into it, or we like plain Ruffles, too. Or I have dipped just tortillas in it, too. Enjoy!

I created this recipe for an impromptu party a friend was having and needed something for the tortilla chips.

Ingredients

16 ounces Velveeta cheese
2 (10 ounce) cans ro*tel diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 (10 ounce) can hormel chili
2 cups shredded mexican cheese

Steps:

Cut Velveeta into 2 inch cubes. Place cubes into crock pot with the Ro*tel, chili and shredded cheese. Mix together. Turn crock pot on Low setting and cover, stirring occasionally. When all cheese is completely melted, it's time to enjoy!
(It usually takes an hour and a half or so on Low temp, but if you need it quicker, use High temp, but watch it and stir often to prevent burning).
If your crock pot has a "Keep Warm" setting use that after the cheese is melted. Serve warm.
