4 cups watermelon (, cut into chunks)

Steps:

Select a baking sheet that will fit on one of your freezer shelves, then line it with parchment paper.
Arrange the watermelon chunks into a single layer on the lined baking sheet, making sure that the pieces aren't touching, so they won't stick together later. Place the pan in the freezer, and allow them to freeze for 2-4 hours.
Once the watermelon is frozen, transfer the pieces to an airtight container, so they won't pick up any other flavors from your freezer. Frozen watermelon can be stored in the freezer for 3 to 6 months when it's tightly sealed.

2 tablespoons white sugar
1 tray ice cubes

Steps:

Place watermelon, bananas, and yogurt in a blender; pulse for 20 seconds and continuously blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. Add sugar and blend on low for 5 seconds. Add ice and blend for 20 seconds. Place mixture in freezer until semi-frozen, about 1 hour.n

Steps:

Blend watermelon, water, honey, lemon juice, and sugar together in a blender until smooth. Pour mixture into ice pop molds and freeze until solid, about 2 hours.
Run hot water over ice pop molds for a few seconds to unmold.

1 small watermelon or piece of a larger one (about 10 pounds)
1/2 cup lime or lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar

Steps:

Cut the watermelon into 2-inch wedges. Remove and discard the rind, black seeds and as many of the softer white seeds as possible. Cut the flesh into 1-inch chunks and place in the bowl of a food processor. Process until liquified (some small chunks may remain). There should be about 8 cups.
Add the lime juice and sugar to the watermelon puree.
Transfer the watermelon mixture to a stainless steel bowl, cover, and freeze until solid, 8 to 10 hours. Three to five hours before serving, move the bowl to the refrigerator to soften the mixture. In the last hour before serving, use a fork to break the softened mixture into shavings. Serve in cold glass goblets or bowls.
