1 cup raspberries, rinsed
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Watermelon Flavor Gelatin
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups boiling water
8 (3 oz.) disposable paper or plastic cups
8 wooden pop sticks
aluminum foil

Steps:

  • Combine raspberries, lime-juice and sugar in a blender container. Blend until smooth. Run mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher. Set aside.
  • Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; cool for 5 min. Stir in raspberry mixture.
  • Pour mixture into paper cups and cover with a small piece of aluminum foil. Insert wooden sticks in the middle of each cup, puncturing the aluminum foil to stay upright. Freeze 4 hours to overnight.
  • Peel off disposable cup and enjoy.

1 cup sugar
1 (3 ounce) package JELL-O Lime Flavor Gelatin
2 cups boiling water, divided
Ice cubes
1 cup cold water, divided
1 (3 ounce) package JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
3 tablespoons miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 ounces PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 ½ cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Steps:

  • Mix 1/3 cup sugar and lime gelatin mix in medium bowl. Add 1 cup boiling water; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add enough ice to 1/2 cup cold water to measure 3/4 cup. Add to lime gelatin; stir until ice is completely melted. Refrigerate 25 min.
  • Meanwhile, repeat Step 1 using strawberry gelatin mix and omitting the refrigeration step. Pour into 16 (3-oz.) paper cups. Freeze 20 min. Stir 1/2 tsp. chocolate chips into gelatin in each cup.
  • Beat cream cheese and remaining sugar with mixer in medium bowl until well blended. Stir in COOL WHIP; spread over gelatin in cups.
  • Pour lime gelatin over cream cheese mixture. Insert wooden pop stick into gelatin in center of each cup. Freeze 3 hours or until firm. Remove pops from cups just before serving.

3 sprigs fresh mint leaves
1 seeded, cubed watermelon
1 cup strawberry margarita mix
1 cup coconut-flavored rum
2 cups ice cubes
8 mint sprigs to garnish

  • Puree raspberries and mint leaves in a blender until smooth. Strain into a serving pitcher. Puree the cubed watermelon until smooth, and strain the juice into the serving pitcher. Stir in the margarita mix, coconut rum, and ice cubes. Garnish each glass with mint sprigs.

1/2 pound strawberries, halved and hulled
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Steps:

  • Working in batches, puree watermelon in a blender. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a large bowl (discard solids). Puree strawberries; add to bowl. Add sugar and lime juice and stir until sugar has completely dissolved.
  • Pour mixture into ten 3-ounce ice-pop molds and insert sticks. Freeze pops until solid, 2 1/2 to 3 hours (or up to 1 week).

Steps:

  • Working in batches, place watermelon and sugar (if using) in a blender. Puree until completely liquefied, stirring watermelon as necessary so all cubes are blended and mixture is smooth. Pour into twelve 3-ounce ice-pop molds or plastic cups. Insert sticks or wooden spoons into puree, and freeze until solid, at least 8 hours.

1 can (12 oz) frozen lemonade concentrate
1 cup water
1 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 cup Yoplait® Original plain yogurt
10 ice pop molds and craft sticks (flat wooden sticks with round ends)

Steps:

  • In 1-quart saucepan, heat lemonade concentrate and water over medium heat just until lemonade concentrate is completely thawed; remove from heat. Cool. In blender, place 3/4 cup of the lemonade mixture, 1/2 cup of the raspberries and 1/4 cup of the yogurt. Cover; blend on medium speed until smooth. Press mixture through small strainer into medium bowl to remove seeds.
  • Divide mixture evenly among ice pop molds. Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
  • Divide remaining 1/2 cup raspberries evenly among molds. In small bowl, mix 1 cup lemonade mixture and remaining 1/4 cup yogurt. Divide evenly among molds. Cover each mold with foil; insert stick into each pop. Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
  • To serve, remove pops from molds.
