Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degree C).
- Place the sliced apples in a 9x13 inch pan. Mix the white sugar, 1 tablespoon flour and ground cinnamon together, and sprinkle over apples. Pour water evenly over all.
- Combine the oats, 1 cup flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and melted butter together. Crumble evenly over the apple mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 45 minutes.

This is without a doubt the best ever Apple Crisp I have ever eaten. Perfectly spiced apples covered in a buttery cinnamon oatmeal crunch topping. Serve it warm, finished off with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease or spray with non-stick spray a 9x13 baking dish.
- In a bowl combine all topping ingredients and work with your fingertips until mixture is crumbly.
- In another small bowl, mix together flour, sugar cinnamon and salt for apples, set aside.
- Peel, core and slice your apples, coat with flour/sugar mixture.
- Place loosely in the bottom of your baking dish.
- Add topping.
- Bake at 30-40 minutes or until brown on top.
- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.

- In a large bowl, combine flour, rolled oats, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Cut in softened butter until crumbly.
- Press half into a greased 2-1/2-quart baking dish or a 9-inch square baking pan.
- Cover with peeled, chopped apples.
- In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla.
- Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thick and clear.
- Pour over apples.
- Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 60 to 65 minutes or until apples are tender.
- Serve warm, with ice cream if desired.

- Peel, core, and cut the apples into large wedges. Combine the apples with the zests, juices, sugar, and spices. Pour into the dish.
