2 quarts water
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup half-and-half
1/3 cup sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
2 teaspoons whole cloves
2 teaspoons cardamom seeds
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

Bring the water to a boil, then reduce it to a simmer. Add the milk, half-and-half, sugar, and cinnamon, and simmer for 15 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer an additional 30 minutes. Strain and serve hot or cold.

1 heaping cup fresh rose petals
6 cups water
1/2 cup sugar
2 oranges, juiced
1 bag white tea

Steps:

In a small saucepan, cook down rose petals with water and sugar until all the color of the petals bleed into the water. In a pitcher or serving jug, pour enough water to steep a tea bag. Set aside. Meanwhile, juice and strain two oranges. Add juice to pitcher with tea. Strain rose water & let cool. Once completely cool, add to pitcher. Remove the tea bag and store in a cool place until ready to serve. Decorative Note: Set aside a few rose petals. Dip in orange juice and then sugar for candied petals. Add to drink afterwards for garnish.

8 oz water
12 oz plain or vanilla coconut milk yogurt
2 tangerines or 1 orange, juiced
1 tablespoon agave nectar or sweetener of choice
1 set of 4 popsicle molds

Steps:

Bring 10 oz of water to boil; remove from heat and steep Yogi Sweet Tangerine Positive Energy tea bags for 4-6 minutes Add agave nectar to tea and allow mixture to cool to room temperature Slice tangerines in half and remove seeds. Squeeze juice from each tangerine half and add to cooled, brewed tea mixture. Using a spoon, add 3 oz of yogurt to the bottom half of each popsicle mold Fill the remainder of each popsicle mold with tea mixture Seal popsicle mold with cap and freeze for 4-6 hours, or until set Once set, run popsicle molds under lukewarm water for 5-10 seconds until ice pops release from popsicle mold
