2 cardamom pods, lightly bruised
60 g ground coffee
1 lt water

Steps:

Bring water and cardamom pods to the boil and boil 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to a low simmer and add the coffee and simmer 5 minutes Add ground ginger.
Take of heat and strain into cups. Sweeten if desired.
