- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter, then add in the flour and whisk to combine.
- Pour in the bone broth and/or pan drippings liquid and bring to a simmer.
- Stir occasionally until it thickens.
- Reduce heat to low until ready to serve.

- Melt the butter in a sauce pan, add the flour, and stir with a whisk to combine.
- Add the bone broth and thyme and bring to a simmer stirring with your whisk occasionally until it thickens.
- Season salt and pepper to taste and serve. This will refrigerate and reheat stovetop well (up to 4 days in advance), or you can freeze it for months.

- Melt the butter or ghee in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add 1 Tbs of tapioca flour and 1 Tbs of coconut flour to the pan and mix with a fork until it thickens and clumps.
- Add the bone broth to the pan, as well as the spices ( 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp ground black pepper, 1/4 tsp dried parsley, 1/4 tsp dried rosemary, 1/4 tsp dried thyme, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp onion powder). Mix with a whisk. Once the mixture boils, reduce to medium heat.
- Cook while whisking every so often until the mixture thickens. I let it boil 30 seconds, then whisked for 10 seconds until it thickened. Cook until desired consistency, this took about 5 minutes for me.

- Combine the stock and the bouillon cubes in a microwave safe bowl or measuring cup. Heat for 1 minutes and stir. Repeat until bouillon is dissolved.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the flour, onion powder, thyme, sage, and rosemary and cook for 1 minute to cook the flour. Slowly whisk in the stock until smooth and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook, whisking, until smooth and thick, about 1 minute. Add salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
