Steps:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a sauce pan and bring to a boil, immediately reduce to a simmer and let simmer for 45 minutes or until desired level of thickness. Stores well in the refrigerator for weeks.
POMEGRANATE MOLASSES BARBECUE SAUCE
I was sent some pomegranate molasses as a sample to try and loved its sweet and sour, tangy kind of taste. I reckoned that it would work brilliantly in a barbecue sauce -- and our kids agreed. You can use as a barbecue mop in the last 30 minutes of cooking your meat on the barbecue or marinate chicken or other meat in sauce for at least 30 minutes before cooking in oven or on barbecue. Do not grill or bake for longer than 45 minutes, as the sugar syrups and tomato ketchup are likely to burn and make the food taste bitter.

- Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium heat until hot. Add onion and garlic cook and stir until onion is tender. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil reduce heat to low and simmer 20 minutes. Serve over grilled chicken, pork, spareribs, salmon or hamburgers.

AGAVE CRANBERRY BARBECUE SAUCE

- Combine all ingredients in a medium-large saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. Remove cover and simmer for 20 minutes more or until thickened (mixture will thicken slightly as it cools). To can, pour hot sauce into sterilized jars, leaving 1/2-inch head space. Wipe tops and threads of jars with a clean, damp cloth. Place lids on jars so that the rubber sealing compound sits evenly on rim and screw rings on firmly. Place each jar in a pot of water that comes 1 to 2 inches above the jar tops. Cover and bring to a boil. Hold water at a steady boil for about 45 minutes. Remove jars from pot and let cool on a dishcloth with space in between each jar. Store in a cool dark place. (In lieu of canning, sauce may be stored, covered, in refrigerator up to 1 month.)

- In a saucepan put the butter, saute minced garlic, follow him with agave syrup and let everything blended. Then you add the vinegar and soy broth. Be careful not to burn, you can heat about 20 minutes over low heat stirring to take a darker color.
- Stir in the tomato paste, pepper and garlic powder and let it cook about 10 min until it becomes thicker try and in case add more salt with soy sauce, if you think is acid add more agave syrup and if you think it is so sweet you can put more vinegar and broth.
- Already with the Salsa list, put the ribs in a baking dish (you can cut here or the end) cover them with sauce and bake for 10 minutes you can to 200 degrees or you can cook on the grill to take a smoky flavor.
- Doing them with honey instead of sugar lowers the calories in the recipe but not mean they do not get fat.
