EASY AIR FRYER CHEESEBURGERS
Make a delicious burger that taste as good as the grill but it's made in the Air Fryer!

Steps:
- Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray or the foil-lined air fryer basket.
- Place the seasoned patties in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5 minutes at 375 degrees, turn the patties and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Add a slice of cheese to each patty and cook for an additional 2 minutes or until your desired doneness.Note - We used these cook times for well done. If you prefer more pink or red in your burger, add the cheese after 8 minutes.
- Remove the burgers and build your burger with your desired toppings.

I like the fact that by air frying my burgers I avoid grease splattering all over my stove top. I make 1/2-pound burger patties but you can easily make them into four 1/4-pound patties. Serve with all the fixings on the side.

- Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Cut crust off sandwich bread and tear bread into small pieces. Mix with milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well incorporated. Add ground beef and mix well. Shape into 2 equal patties. Make an indentation in the center of each patty with your thumb; this prevents them from puffing up.
- Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Flip patties over and continue cooking on the second side, 8 to 10 minutes more. Top each patty with cheese and place back in the air fryer until cheese has started to melt, 20 to 30 seconds. Place on buns.

- Preheat an air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Mix beef, red onion, garlic, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, and English mustard together in a mixing bowl.
- Form patties by pressing a ball of ground beef with your hand and rounding the sides to your desired size.
- Cook burgers in the preheated air fryer until firm and no longer pink in the centers, about 10 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

- Preheat air fryer to 350°. In a large bowl, combine Worcestershire sauce, garlic, seasoned salt and pepper. Add beef; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into four 1/2-in.-thick patties., In batches, place burgers in a single layer on tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until a thermometer reads 160°, 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Remove burgers from basket. Top with cheese; cover until cheese is melted, 1-2 minutes., Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, vinegar and honey; spread over cut sides of buns. Top bun bottoms with bacon, burgers, french-fried onions and, if desired, lettuce and tomato. Replace tops.

- Preheat an air fryer to 375 degrees F.
- Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions. Roll each into a loose ball, then press them flat until they are each just wider than the slider buns (they should be about 1/2 inch thick). Make a small indent in the center of each patty. Season the patties generously with salt and pepper.
- Place the patties in a single layer of an air fryer basket. Close the fryer and cook until the patties are browned and an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of the patties registers 150 degrees F, 5 to 7 minutes.
- Place a slice of cheese and a slice of bacon on each patty and cook until the cheese is melted and the patties are cooked to the desired doneness, about 1 minute.
- Carefully remove the patties from the air fryer and place on the bottoms of the slider buns. Top each patty with lettuce, tomato, onion and 1 tablespoon each barbecue sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard. Cover with the top buns and serve.
