2 dinner rolls any type or small loaf of bread
1/2 cup grated cheese any favorite
2 tablespoons butter melted
Garlic bread seasoning mix (fresh chopped garlic can be heated with the melted butter)

Steps:

  • Cut the bread rolls top down in a naughts-and-crosses style. Try to cut as far down as possible but not all the way through. Fill the slits with the grated cheese until all slits are filled and the cheese is gone. Paint the tops of the rolls with the melted butter then sprinkle with the garlic seasoning. (Adding the butter helps make it stick and the top brown). Add to a preheated air fryer at 350°F. We tried all sorts of ways to make bread if you are without an oven -- and this was one of our favorites. The crust emerges golden and crisp and the interior is light and airy.

Yield 1 loaf

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, plus more for the pan
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour (see Cook's Note)

Steps:

  • Butter a 6-by-3-inch round pan and set aside.
  • Combine the butter, yeast, sugar, salt and 1 cup warm water in a stand mixer fitted with the dough hook attachment. With the mixer on low speed, add 1/2 cup of the flour at a time, waiting for each addition to be fully incorporated before adding more. Once all of the flour is added, knead on medium speed for 8 minutes.
  • Transfer the dough to the prepared pan, cover and let rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  • Add the pan with the dough to a 3.5-quart air fryer and set to 380 degrees F. Cook until the bread is dark brown and the internal temperature registers 200 degrees F, about 20 minutes. Let cool in the pan 5 minutes, then turn out onto a rack to cool completely.

1 can refrigerated pizza dough
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
¼ cup Frank's RedHot®
¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
  • Roll out the pizza dough and cut in half lengthwise (save the other half for another use). Place the dough on the prepared baking sheet and use your fingers to stretch and shape it into an oval.
  • Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until just starting to brown. Remove the pot from the heat and whisk in the Frank's RedHot®.
  • Spread half of the Frank's RedHot® butter over the dough, then top with the feta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses.
  • Bake the flatbread for 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Top with the rest of the Frank's RedHot® butter and the parsley. Cut into 8 slices, then serve.
