Air Fryer Costco image

Air fryer Costco steak bites are great and a cheap protein packed keto low carb meal.

Number Of Ingredients 8

3 lbs steak (cut into bite size chunks, cubed)
1 tbsp salt
1/2 c brown sugar
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tbsp paprika

Steps:

  • Cube steak and put it into a bowl.
  • Pour olive oil on top and toss. Pour all seasonings on and toss together so all meat is coated well.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F for 5 minutes.
  • Put steak bites into basket, do not overlap. Set time to 5 minutes, shake basket after 3 minutes.
  • Enjoy immediately for best results.

This air-fried cod couldn't get any easier! It starts with frozen cod fillets dipped in an egg wash and ranch-seasoned panko and the result is a piping hot cod fillet that's both crispy and flaky!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 large egg
1 pinch salt
¾ cup panko bread crumbs
2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
4 (4 ounce) frozen cod fillets
nonstick cooking spray

Steps:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 5 minutes.
  • In a shallow dish, whip egg until lemon colored and frothy. Season with a pinch of salt. In another shallow dish combine panko bread crumbs and ranch seasoning. Dip cod fillets first in the egg mixture, then in the panko mixture.
  • Line an air fryer basket with a perforated parchment round. Carefully place cod into the basket and spray with nonstick spray.
  • Air fry for about 8 minutes. Carefully flip over, spray again with nonstick spray, and air fry until cod flakes easily with a fork, about 7 more minutes.
