2 pounds small unpeeled red potatoes, cut into wedges
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

Preheat air fryer to 400°. Drizzle potatoes with oil. Sprinkle with rosemary, garlic salt and pepper; toss gently to coat. , Place on ungreased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until potatoes are golden brown and tender, 10-12 minutes, stirring once.

4 medium russet potatoes, scrubbed
1 tablespoon olive oil, or as needed
1 ½ teaspoons salt
1 ½ teaspoons ground black pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder

Steps:

Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) according to manufacturer's instructions for 3 minutes.
Place potatoes on a plate and use your hands to lightly cover them all with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and onion powder.
Cook in the preheated air fryer for 30 minutes, flipping over with tongs halfway through cooking. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
