- Meanwhile, whisk honey and balsamic vinegar together until smooth. Toss cooked sprouts in the glaze and sprinkle with feta cheese.

- Preheat the Air Fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Whisk together 1 tablespoon maple syrup, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add the Brussels sprouts and toss to coat.
- Arrange coated Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the Air Fryer basket without overlapping. Work in batches if needed.
- Air Fry the sprouts for 4 minutes. Shake the basket and cook until the sprouts are tender and golden brown, about 4-6 minutes more.
- Meanwhile, make the dip. In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, mayonnaise, and mustard. Serve with cooked Brussels sprouts, and enjoy!
