Cooking your pancakes in the air fryer is a great option for those mornings when you're in a hurry. These will be ready and on your table in less than 10 minutes and there's no need to preheat your air fryer oven! Top with butter and sugar-free maple syrup (such as Walden Farms®).

Steps:
- Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
- Combine pumpkin puree, peanut butter, eggs, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, sweetener, and salt in a bowl. Stir until well combined.
- Working in batches if necessary, place about 3 tablespoons batter for each pancake on the parchment paper in the air fryer basket, leaving about 1/2 inch space in between.
- Place basket in the air fryer oven and cook at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C), without flipping, until the bottom side is fully cooked, 4 to 6 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.

These air-fried calzones start with two-ingredient pizza dough, making it super easy to whip up from scratch. Feel free to experiment with other fillings instead of (or in addition to) the pepperoni, such as cooked and crumbled Italian sausage.

- Mix flour and Greek yogurt together in a bowl; transfer to a work surface floured with self-rising flour. Knead dough, adding more flour as needed to keep dough from being too sticky, 8 to 10 minutes.
- Preheat an air fryer to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) according to manufacturer's instructions. Spray the bottom of the basket with cooking spray.
- Divide dough into 4 equal pieces. Roll each piece on a lightly floured work surface into a flat circle, about 1/8-inch thick. Spread 2 tablespoons of the pizza sauce over the bottom half of each dough circle. Top each with 1/4 cup of the mozzarella cheese and a quarter of the pepperoni. Fold dough over filling to form half circles and crimp edges to seal. Coat well with cooking spray.
- Transfer calzones to the air fryer basket (you might need to work in batches). Cook for 4 minutes, then flip the calzone over and cook until golden brown, 4 to 5 minutes more.

- Preheat an air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Dust a cutting board with self-rising flour.
- Place Greek yogurt in a bowl. Add 1 1/4 cups self-rising flour and stir until mixture forms a ball. Turn out ball onto the cutting board and knead until smooth.
- Cut dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each portion into ropes. Cut one rope into 1-inch pieces and place pieces in the basket of the air fryer.
- Cook for 3 minutes. Shake and cook 3 additional minutes. Brush each pretzel bite with melted butter and cook 3 minutes more.
- Transfer pretzel bites to the prepared baking sheet using tongs. Brush with melted butter again and sprinkle with kosher salt. Repeat with remaining ropes.
