- In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, and green onions. Spread this mixture on each tortilla. Sprinkle red pepper, celery, black olives, and cheese (if you'd like) over the cream cheese mixture. Roll up the tortillas, then wrap them tightly in aluminum foil.
- Chill 2 hours or overnight. Cut off ends of the rolls, and slice the chilled rolls into 1 inch slices.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Dust a flat work surface lightly with flour. Unroll puff pastry and roll out to a rectangle. Spread a thin layer of herbed cream cheese over the puff pastry. Cover with Swiss cheese slices, leaving a 1-inch border. Roll puff pastry up tightly like a jelly roll.
- Slice puff pastry roll in 1/4-inch-thick slices and lay on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven on the center rack until lightly browned and puffed up, 15 to 20 minutes.

- Heat oven to 375°F Lightly spray cooking sheet with non stick cooking spray.
- In small bowl mix all cheeses and mayo until well blended and soft.
- Separate dough into 2 long rectangles: press perforations to seal.
- Spread cheese mixture evenly over rectangles.
- Starting at short sides: roll up each: pinch edges to seal.
- Cut each roll into 8 slices.
- Place, cut side down, on cookie sheet.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
- Bake 12 to 15 mins or until golden brown.
- Immediately remove from cookie sheet.
- Enjoy!

- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir sausage in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, about 10 minutes; drain and discard grease.
- Spread dough from 1 package of crescent rolls out onto a work surface and pinch perforations together to create a single sheet of dough. Spread half the cream cheese over the dough sheet, leaving a 1/2-inch margin all around. Sprinkle half the cooked sausage evenly over cream cheese. Roll dough up into a log, starting at a long edge; wrap log in plastic wrap or parchment paper. Repeat steps to make a second roll; wrap. Refrigerate rolls at least 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Unwrap rolls and cut each into 1/2-inch thick slices. Place slices onto a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until pinwheels are golden brown, 10 to 15 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Split crescent dough in half along center perforation. Flatten one rectangle, sealing perforations. Spread with 1/4 of the cheese spread and sprinkle with spinach. Starting with long side, roll dough up, rolling back and forth several times to seal edges. Cut into 3/4 inch slices (about 15 slices per roll). Arrange the slices one inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Continue making the crescent roll ups until all of the ingredients are used.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until lightly browned. Serve immediately or keep warm on a warming tray.

- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add onions, brown sugar, and vinegar; cook, stirring frequently, until onions are golden brown and caramelized, about 15 minutes. Transfer to a bowl with a slotted spoon and cool to room temperature.
- Roll puff pastry out into a 11x18-inch rectangle on a lightly floured surface. Spread Brie cheese over pastry. Layer with caramelized onions and sprinkle with caraway seeds. Roll up one long edge towards the center. Roll up from the other side so the 2 rolls meet in the center. Cut into 1/2-inch slices using a serrated knife.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange slices on top; flatten to 1/4-inch thickness. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Mix egg and water together in a small bowl to make egg wash. Brush egg wash over slices.

- Heat oven to 425°F. Grease cookie sheet. Mix Bisquick, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and water until dough forms. Turn dough onto surface dusted with Bisquick; gently roll in Bisquick to coat. Knead 10 times.

- In a large bowl, dissolve yeast and 2 teaspoons sugar in 1 cup warm water; let stand for 5 minutes. Add the milk, butter, eggs, salt, 7 cups flour and remaining water and sugar. Beat until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough., Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour., Meanwhile, in a skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove to paper towels; drain, reserving 1 tablespoon drippings.
