1 teaspoon filtered water, or as needed

Steps:

  • Combine olive oil, tamari, tahini, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, agave, oregano, and pepper in a blender; blend until smooth. If dressing is too thick, add water to thin it out to desired consistency.

Steps:

1 tablespoon flax seed oil or 1 tablespoon other light-tasting oil
3 tablespoons tahini
3 -4 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 large garlic clove, pressed (or chopped)
1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted if desired
1 -2 green onions, chopped or 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped (I prefer it without though)

Steps:

  • Combine all in a jar and shake well. It will thicken up in 10 minutes or so from the tahini. Add salt or pepper if desired. Keep refrigerated.
