- Place the cream and sugar into the bowl of a stand mixer with the whisk attachment and whip until stiff peaks are formed. Add the sour cream and whisk to combine. Add the marshmallows, orange, pineapple, coconut, pecans and cherries and stir to combine. Transfer to a glass serving bowl, cover and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.

Beat in orange peel. then eggs, 1 egg at a time. Mix in coconut 4. Drop batter onto sheets by tablespoons, spacing 1 1/2 inches apart 5.Bake macaroons , one sheet at a time, until golden on bottom and browned in spots, 25-30 minutes 6. Cool completely on sheets 7. using fork, drizzle chocolate over macaroons. Chill on sheets till chocolate is set 8. Store in a container with wax paper between layers
