OVEN BAKED SMORES
Want smores but can't have a campfire? That is when you need Easy Oven Baked Smores! Make smores anytime, fast and easy in your own kitchen.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to broil (525F degrees).
- Unwrap the chocolate bars and divide each into 4 pieces to make a total of 16 pieces of chocolate; set aside.
- Line a large baking sheet with foil for easy clean up. Arrange 16 of the graham cracker
- squares in a single layer on the cookie sheet.
- Top each graham cracker with 2 marshmallows.
- Toast the marshmallows for 1-3 minutes in the oven set to broil (525F degrees) until
- golden brown on top. Use the middle oven rack, not the top rack close to the broiler.
- Important: Do not walk away from the oven while the marshmallows are toasting. They
- can burn very fast! Keep a close eye on the marshmallows as they toast.
- Remove the s'mores from the oven. Turn off the oven.
- Place one square of chocolate on top of each s'more, then return the s'mores to the hot
- oven for 30 seconds to melt the chocolate.
- Remove the s'mores from the oven and top each with the remaining 16 graham cracker
- squares.
- Serve warm. Makes 16 servings.

INDOOR S'MORES
You may not have a grill or the weather may not be cooperating, but you can still revel in this childhood favorite, and it's a brilliant way to make s'mores for a crowd. Also brilliant: melted chocolate is spread on both of the graham crackers for each s'more, so the chocolate envelops the marshmallow with each bite.

Steps:
- Preheat broiler. Cover small baking sheet with foil, and lightly oil the foil.
- Put graham crackers top side down on a cutting board or another baking sheet. Slather each graham cracker with chocolate.
- Put marshmallows on the foil-covered baking sheet, and broil a few seconds, until tops are browned. Turn over to brown the other side.
- Put a toasted marshmallow on half of the chocolate-coated graham crackers. Top each with another graham, chocolate side down, and serve.

ANYTIME GOURMET S'MORES (OVEN PREPARED!)
This is a version of the classic s'more that might just blow your mind! LOL It can be done the traditional campfire way, but I am only including the oven broiler preparation. I bought a variety bag of the small candy bars and used one of each type. You can mix and match the flavors you like best, just make sure they are the small sized bars, but not the mini (one bite) size. You really have got to try this!

Steps:
- Turn on your oven's broiler.
- Lay out 4 of the graham halves on the baking sheet.
- Top each half with a marshmallow.
- Unwrap the 4 candy bars.
- Place the pan under the broiler and let the marshmallows start to toast. DO NOT WALK AWAY! This only takes about 30-60 seconds.
- Take the pan out and put the candy bars on top the marshmallows and the sandwich with the remaining graham cracker halves.
