CRESCENT JALAPEñO POPPERS
This unusual twist on chile poppers, with herbed cheese and a dollop of sweet salsa, roll up fast with prepared crescent dough.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 375°F. Carefully remove stems from chiles; cut each in half lengthwise and again horizontally to make 4 pieces. Remove and discard seeds. Spoon about 1 teaspoon cheese into each chile quarter. Wrap half slice of bacon around each.
- On cutting board, unroll dough; separate dough into 8 triangles. From center of longest side to opposite point, cut each triangle in half, making 16 triangles. Place chile, cheese side down, on dough triangle. Fold 1 point of triangle over filling; fold 2 remaining points over first point. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Serve with salsa.

BACON JALAPENO CRESCENT ROLL UPS
An easy appetizer or meal with bacon, jalapenos, cream cheese, and crescent dough sheet!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Cook the bacon on the stovetop, or your favorite method, until cooked. Chop into small pieces.
- In a small bowl, stir together the cream cheese, milk, green onions, garlic powder, and salt.
- Lay the crescent dough sheet out onto a large baking sheet.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly across the dough sheet.
- Sprinkle with chopped bacon, diced jalapeno, and shredded cheese.
- Roll the dough sheet up like cinnamon rolls.
- Cut the roll in half and then cut each half in four pieces, for eight roll ups total.
- Place the roll ups onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 9-11 minutes, until golden brown.
- Serve and enjoy!

BACON ROLL-UPS

- Slice bacon in half to form twenty strips. In a small bowl combine softened cream cheese with sliced scallions and pepper. Remove crusts from bread. Line up 4 slices of bacon, slightly overlapping to form a square. Using a rolling pin, flatten the bread. Place the bread slice on top of the bacon. Spread the bread with the cream cheese mixture. Roll up bread and bacon as you would a rug. Secure with 4-5 toothpicks about an inch apart. Assemble remaining roll ups and place on baking sheet. Freeze until firm. Slice rollups into 4-5 pieces each secured with toothpick. Either refrigerate or freeze until ready for use. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place roll-ups on broiler pan so that fat collects in bottom pan. Bake until crisp, about 20-30 minutes.

- Unroll crescent dough; separate into 4 (4x6-inch) rectangles, pressing perforations to seal. (If using dough sheet, unroll and cut into 4 rectangles.) Spread cream cheese mixture on each of the dough rectangles to within 1/2 inch of edges.
- Starting with 1 short side, roll up rectangle; press seam to seal. Cut roll into 6 slices, and place slices cut side down on ungreased large cookie sheet. Repeat with remaining dough rectangles.
