4 oz. (1/2 of 8 oz. pkg.) fully cooked pork sausage patties
1 pkg. (2.52 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Fully Cooked Bacon
1 cup CHEEZ WHIZ Cheese Dip
2 Tbsp. butter
8 eggs, beaten

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425°F.
  • Bake TATER TOTS as directed on package.
  • Microwave sausage, then bacon as directed on packages. Cut each sausage patty into 4 pieces, then cut each bacon slice into 1-1/2-inch pieces.
  • Microwave CHEEZ WHIZ in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring after each minute. Meanwhile, melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add eggs; cook 2 to 4 min. or until set, stirring occasionally.
  • Place TATER TOTS on serving plate; drizzle with CHEEZ WHIZ. Top with eggs, sausage and bacon.

6 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 link smoked pineapple-bacon chicken sausage, cut into slices
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 teaspoon butter
2 ½ cups frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
½ onion, chopped
¾ teaspoon garlic powder, divided
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1 tablespoon milk
1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Place bacon in a 10-inch skillet and cook over medium heat, turning occasionally, until crisp, about 10 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to remove bacon to a paper towel-lined small bowl. Discard half the bacon fat using a spoon.
  • Cook sausage in the hot skillet until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes. Remove to the bowl with the bacon.
  • Heat canola oil and butter in the same skillet over medium heat. Add hash browns and onion. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper on top and stir together. Spread out the hash browns; cook, without stirring, until browned, about 5 minutes. Turn hash browns over and sprinkle Cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  • Stir remaining garlic powder, eggs, and milk together in a bowl; season with salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over the Cheddar cheese-covered hash browns in the skillet. Sprinkle bacon and sausage pieces on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until top is puffed, cheese is melted, and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean, 10 to 15 minutes.

Steps:

  • - Cook your tater tots and bacon according to the bag's instructions. Make sure not to over cook as both will be going into the oven for another 35 minutes or so. Bacon should be crumbled after. - Slice up your chicken sausage links, and pan fry them with two chopped onions. Once they are done, add them to a casserole pan. - In a small mixing bowl, crack your eggs, and add your milk. Mix until fully blended, add your hot sauce, and spices. Once the mixture is thoroughly mixed, pour it over your sausage and onions. Then, line the pan with your cooked tater tots. - Once lined, sprinkle with 8 ounces of cheese and crumbled bacon, and cook in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes. Once your casserole has cooked for 30 minutes, add the remaining 8 ounces of cheddar-cook for an additional 5 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh chives before serving.

1/2 lb breakfast sausage links
8 slices bacon
1 small onion, minced
1 sweet green pepper, minced
1 frozen deep dish pie shell
1 1/4 cups milk
2 eggs
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
2 1/4 cups grated cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • In skillet cook the sausage links 4 or 5 minutes, until cooked through.
  • Remove sausage; drain the fat.
  • Wipe skillet then add bacon.
  • Cook until crispy; remove, leaving only 1 tablespoon of fat.
  • Sauté onion and pepper in fat for 12 minutes, until softened.
  • Crumble the bacon slices and slice the sausage links.
  • In pie shell, layer with the cheese, bacon, onion, green pepper and sausage.
  • In bowl, whisk together milk, eggs and flour.
  • Pour over layered pie.
  • Bake for 45-60 minutes until set, then cool for about 1/2 hour.

Steps:

  • Roll out the pastry and brush with the beaten egg.
  • Sprinkle on the paprika and cheese evenly, then sprinkle flour on a rolling pin and flatten down.
  • Cut into ½ inch (1 ¼ cm) wide strips, then fold in half and pinch the ends together. Gently twist pastry.
  • Wrap bacon around the twists.
  • Sprinkle on brown sugar and minced rosemary.
  • Bake at 350°F (190°C) for 45-50 minutes, turning halfway through to make sure they are golden brown all over.

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
5 -6 slices cooked bacon
1 tablespoon of all purpose seasoning
chives (to garnish)
sour cream, for dipping

Steps:

  • Prepare potatoes according to package instructions and sprinkle generously with all purpose seasoning of your choice.
  • When potatoes are fully cooked, crumble bacon over the top and top with cheese of your choice. Good ones to try are chipotle cheddar, cheddar jack, or sharp cheddar.
  • Return to the oven and bake 5-10 minutes until the cheese has melted.
  • Remove from oven, cool for 2-5 minutes and garnish with chives.
  • Serve with sour cream or your choice of condiments.

1 onion, chopped

1/3 cup HEINZ Tomato Ketchup
1 Tbsp. HEINZ Yellow Mustard
2 CLAUSSEN Kosher Dill Pickle Spears with 1 tsp. pickle juice, divided
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 plum tomato, chopped

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450°F.
  • Bake TATER TOTS as directed on package.
  • Meanwhile, cook bacon in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until crisp; drain on paper towels. Discard all but 1 tsp. drippings from skillet.
  • Add onions to reserved drippings; cook over medium heat 3 min., stirring frequently. Add beef; cook until done, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add ketchup, mustard and pickle juice; mix well.
  • Top TATER TOTS with beef mixture; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 2 to 4 min. or until cheese is melted.
  • Chop pickles; spoon over TATER TOTS along with the tomatoes and bacon.

3 cups Southern-style hash brown potatoes, thawed
6 tablespoons butter, melted
½ cup heavy cream
3 large eggs
1 pinch cayenne pepper
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 medium roasted red pepper, diced
5 slices precooked bacon, chopped
½ (3 ounce) andouille sausage, diced
½ cup shredded smoked Gouda cheese
½ cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Mix hash brown potatoes and melted butter together in a bowl. Press mixture into a 9-inch glass pie pan to form a crust.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 25 minutes.
