- Cut chicken wings into three sections; discard wing tips. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; pour 1/2 cup into a large resealable plastic bag. Add chicken; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade., Drain and discard marinade. Place wings in a greased foil-lined 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake at 400° for 30-35 minutes or until juices run clear, turning and basting occasionally with remaining marinade.

- In a mixing bowl blend the rest of the ingredients together and add chicken wings and coat well and place into a baking pan 18 x 13" x 1" line with alum foil. Place into oven for 15 minutes and baste each 15 minutes for a total of four times.
- Baking time is 60 minutes.

- Stir onion, honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, butter, mustard powder, and garlic together in a saucepan over medium heat; cook until hot, about 5 minutes.
- Spread chicken wings in an even layer into a shallow baking dish; pour sauce over the wings.
- Marinate wings in refrigerate 1 hour to overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Bake the chicken wings, turning occasionally, until no longer pink at the bone and the juices run clear, about 90 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

- Cut chicken wings into three sections; discard wing tip section. Set wings aside. In a small saucepan, combine the honey, soy sauce, oil, chili sauce, salt, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce and ginger. Cook and stir until blended and heated through. Cool to room temperature. , Place the chicken wings in a large resealable plastic bag; add honey mixture. Seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight., Drain and discard marinade. Place wings in a well-greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 30 minutes. Drain; turn wings. Bake 20-25 minutes longer or until chicken juices run clear and glaze is set.

My dad made something similar and I tried to copy him. I like honey and this is what my efforts yielded. The dish is actually better the next day as leftovers, because the flavors really soak in.

Steps:
- Throw some salt and sugar on the chicken wings.
- Add enough soy sauce to nicely coat the chicken wings.
- Place the chicken wings on a lightly greased cookie sheet in a single layer.
- Squeeze honey over chicken wings (I turn the bottle of honey over and squeeze, making about three passes over each wing).
- Bake at about 375 until honey carmelizes, turning occasionally-- It may take about 45 minutes-- Keep an eye on it--I like it when the wings are really browned but not burned.

- Heat oven to 425°F. Line 2 cookie sheets with sides with heavy-duty foil; spray with cooking spray.
- In 1-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag, mix Sriracha sauce, oil, salt, pepper and drummettes. Seal bag; shake to coat. Add flour; seal bag, and shake until drummettes are coated with flour. Place drummettes on cookie sheets.
- Bake uncovered 30 minutes; turn drummettes over, and rotate cookie sheets. Bake 20 to 30 minutes longer or until golden brown and juice of drummettes is clear when thickest part is cut to bone (at least 165°F).
- Meanwhile, in 1-quart saucepan, mix Glaze ingredients; heat to simmering over medium heat, stirring frequently, until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat; set aside.
- In large bowl, toss drummettes with sauce. Serve warm.
