- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk and butter. Stir into oat mixture until blended., Spoon into a greased 9-in. square baking pan. Bake 40-45 minutes or until set. Serve warm with milk.

Steps:
- Beat together oil and sugar. Mix in eggs, milk, salt, baking powder, oatmeal. Beat well then stir in raisins. Pour into a lightly grease pie pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Refrigerate overnight.
- The next morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Bake in preheated oven until firm, about 35 minutes. Serve hot.

BAKED OATMEAL
Baking the oatmeal may seem to be a lot of fuss. But once it comes out of the oven, you will not be sorry you waited.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Butter an 8-inch square baking dish.
- Combine the oats, half the nuts, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl. In another bowl, whisk the milk, egg, half the butter, and the vanilla.
- Arrange bananas in a single layer on the bottom of the coated baking dish. Sprinkle with two-thirds of the berries, then cover with the oat mixture. Slowly drizzle milk mixture over the oats. Gently tap dish on a work surface to distribute liquid. Scatter remaining berries and nuts across the top.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until the top is nicely golden and the oat mixture has set. Let cool slightly. Drizzle with remaining melted butter and maple syrup.

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, stir together the oats, brown sugar, salt and baking powder. In a separate medium bowl, stir together the eggs, milk, vanilla and canola oil. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, and stir until well blended. Spoon into the prepared baking pan, and spread evenly. Sprinkle walnuts over the top.
- Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
