TO-GO BAKED OATMEAL RECIPE
To Go Baked Oatmeal with your Favorite Toppings- A standard baked oatmeal recipe is prepared in a muffin tin and topped with your favorite flavors (chocolate, fruit, etc.). A great grab and go breakfast!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a muffin tin with paper or paper/foil muffin liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, oil, and brown sugar until sugar is dissolved. Add the applesauce, milk, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon. Whisk until well combined. Stir in the oats and baking powder.
- Fill the muffin tin with ¼ cup of the oat mixture in each muffin cup. Add your favorite toppings. Push the toppings down into the oat mixture with a spoon.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Let them cool for 5 minutes before eating. Store in an airtight container or freeze in a zip top storage bag.

CHEWY OATMEAL BREAKFAST BARS TO-GO RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: almond butter, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla, rolled oats, brown rice cereal, slivered almond, dried cranberry, dark chocolate, dark chocolate

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325˚F (160˚C).
- Combine wet ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Then add in all the remaining dry ingredients.
- Add mixture into a 8x8 inch (20x20 cm) baking pan lined with greased parchment paper. Firmly press down mixture until it is one smooth layer. (If you grease the spatula as well it will prevent the mixture from sticking to it!)
- Bake 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool 10 minutes.
- Drizzle top with melted dark chocolate. Chill for 30 minutes, or until dark chocolate is solid.
- Cut into 8 equal pieces.
- Wrap each bar in parchment paper or foil.
- Store in the freezer for up to 3 months or in the refrigerator up to 1 week.
- Enjoy!

- Gather the ingredients.
- Position a rack in the center of the oven and heat to 350 F. Grease an 8-x 8-inch or 9-x 9-inch baking dish with butter or baking spray.
- Melt 1/4 cup of butter in a small saucepan over low heat or microwave in a microwave-safe bowl until melted. Set aside.
- In a large bowl combine the rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir to blend the ingredients.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, and maple syrup until combined.
- Add the egg mixture and melted butter to the oats, then mix until well blended.
- If desired, stir in 1 to 2 cups of any additional mix-ins, such as berries, nuts, or chocolate chips.
- Pour the oat mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading into an even layer. Bake until golden brown and set, 35 to 45 minutes.
- Let cool for 5 minutes. To serve, slice or scoop the baked oatmeal onto plates, then drizzle with syrup or top with yogurt, if desired.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix eggs, vanilla, applesauce, banana and Stevia together in a bowl. Add in oats, flax, cinnamon, baking powder, salt and mix well with wet ingredients. Finally pour in milk and combine. Spray a 12 and 6 capacity muffin tin with cooking spray or use cupcake liners. Pour mixture evenly into muffin tin cups.
