- Place tilapia in an ungreased 13x9-in. baking dish. In a small bowl, combine the butter, lemon juice, garlic powder and salt; pour over the fillets. Sprinkle with capers, oregano and paprika., Bake, uncovered, at 425° until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, 10-15 minutes.

BAKED TILAPIA WITH HERB BUTTER

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. In a small bowl, mix the butter and tarragon until combined; set aside.
- Lay out 4 large pieces of foil. Layer the vegetables in the center of each piece of foil, starting with the mushrooms, then the celery and scallions. Dot the vegetables with some of the herb butter (use about half) and season each portion with 1/4 teaspoon salt, and pepper to taste. Lay the tilapia fillets over the vegetables; dot with the remaining herb butter. Sprinkle each fillet with 1/4 teaspoon salt, and pepper to taste.
- Bring the foil ends together, fold over and crimp closed on all sides to make sealed packets. Place the packets on a baking sheet and bake until the fish is cooked through but still moist, 18 to 22 minutes. Remove the packets from the oven and let sit 2 minutes before opening. Transfer the fish and vegetables to plates and drizzle with the cooking juices.

- Place tilapia in a 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Mix chili powder, salt, cumin and pepper; sprinkle over fish. Broil 3-4 in. from heat until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, 10-12 minutes., Meanwhile, prepare rice according to package directions. Transfer to a microwave-safe bowl; stir in beans, corn and salsa. Microwave, covered, on high until heated through, stirring once, 2-3 minutes Serve with fish.

Steps:
- Slice the bacon into small pieces,.
- Cut the red bell pepper into small cube.
- Dice the peach into small piece also ( not too small).
- Place the Reynolds wrap foild on the counter, cut few slice of unsalted butter, put the butter on the foild.
- Then place the tilapia on top of the butter.
- Stuff the green onion in the fish's belly, a pin of salt and pepper over the fish.
- Then the red wine, make sure rub the wine all over the fish.
- Place the fish in position then put on red pepper, bacon, peach, evenly from head to tail. Then put few more cube of unsalted butter on the top (for moist). Wrap the foild. Put it inti the oven at 350 for half hour.

EASY BAKED TILAPIA
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees F). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Place the tilapia fillets in the bottom of the baking dish and dot with butter. Season with Old Bay seasoning and garlic salt. Top each one with a slice or two of lemon. Arrange the frozen mixed vegetables around the fish, and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Cover the dish and bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until vegetables are tender and fish flakes easily with a fork.

Ready, Set, Cook! Reynolds Wrap Contest Entry. I love fish..period. It goes so well with a mixture of corn, peppers, and onions..toss in a little bacon and let the drooling begin ;) the ease of cleanup when cooking with Reynolds Wrap, just makes this dish all the more fun to make!

Steps:
- preheat oven to 400 deg.
- line a 9 x 13" pan with Reynolds Wrap, making 2 separate compartments; 1 for the fish, and 1 for the corn mixture.
- Lay fish filets in one compartment; sprinkle lemon pepper on top.
- In a large bowl, mix corn, chopped peppers, onions, crumbled bacon, and salt & pepper. Mix well, and pour into 2nd compartment. Dot with butter and cover with entire cake pan with more Reynolds Wrap.
- Bake for 15 minute check to see if fish is cooked thoroughly. If not, put in for another 5 minute Repeat until veggies and fish are well cooked.
