1 package (1 pound) hot dogs
2 cans (15 ounces each) chili without beans
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chiles
10 hot dog buns, split
1 medium onion, chopped
1 to 2 cups corn chips, coarsely crushed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

Place hot dogs in a 3-qt. slow cooker. In a large bowl, combine the chili, soup and green chiles; pour over hot dogs. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours. , Serve hot dogs in buns; top with chili mixture, onion, corn chips and cheese.

Steps:

1 lb hot dog
2 (15 ounce) cans chili, with or 2 (15 ounce) cans without beans
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
10 hot dog buns
1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups corn chips, coarsely chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Steps:

Place hot dogs in a slow cooker.
Combine chili, soup, and green chiles, and pour over hot dogs.
Cover, and cook oin low for 3- 3 1/2 hours.
Serve hot dogs in buns, and top with chili mixture, onion, corn chips, and cheese.

4 slices bacon
3 garlic cloves, chopped
5 lbs coarsely ground lean ground beef
2 lbs onions, chopped
6 whole green chilies
5 teaspoons chili powder
3 lbs tomatoes, chopped
8 dashes hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon cumin
2 cups red wine
2 teaspoons basil

Steps:

Cut bacon into squares, place in bottom of Dutch oven, and heat-- this renders the bacon.
Add garlic cloves, beef and onions, and stir.
Chop whole chiles into small pieces and add.
After meat mixture has browned, add spices and tomatoes.
Then add wine, bring to a boil, and simmer for 2 hours.
