Steps:
- In a small saucepan, simmer together the tomato sauce, onion, garlic, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar.
- Simmer for 10 minutes and cool completely.
- Mix the beef with the barbecue sauce in a large bowl.
- Shape into 4 patties and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Lightly coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
- Grill the hamburgers for 7-8 minutes.

- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add onions; cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Cover with lid. Simmer 20 minute or until onions are golden brown, stirring frequently.
- Meanwhile, grill patties 5 minute on each side or until medium doneness (160ºF). Stir steak sauce into onion mixture.
- Place 1 tomato slice and burger on bottom half of each bun; cover with 1 slice cheese, 3 tablespoons of the onion mixture and top of bun.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Without separating rolls, cut each package of rolls horizontally in half; arrange bottom halves in 2 greased 13x9-in. baking pans. Sprinkle each pan of rolls with 1 cup cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, 3-5 minutes., In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender, breaking beef into crumbles, 6-8 minutes; drain. Stir in tomatoes, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Cook and stir until combined, 1-2 minutes., Spoon beef mixture evenly over rolls; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Top with bacon. Replace tops. For glaze, in a microwave-safe bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Microwave, covered, on high until butter is melted, stirring occasionally. Pour over rolls; sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake, uncovered, until golden brown and heated through, 20-25 minutes. Freeze option: Cover and freeze unbaked sandwiches; prepare and freeze glaze. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 350°. Pour glaze over buns and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake sandwiches as directed, increasing time by 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and a thermometer inserted in center reads 165°.

- Combine the ground beef, 2 tbsp Sweet Baby Ray's Honey BBQ sauce, mayo, 1 tbsp seasoned salt, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper in a large bowl. Mix until fully combined, then shape into 8 round patties.
- Use your thumb or finger to gently press an indention in the center of each patty. Season the burgers with the remaining seasoned salt. Grill on each side for about 3 to 4 minutes, until desired temperature is reached. Just before removing from grill, add the cheddar cheese on top of each patty.
- Top each hamburger bun with lettuce, tomato, the cheeseburger, a tablespoon (or two) of the Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce, two crispy onion rings and top with the bun. Enjoy!
