3 carrots peeled
1 beet with beet greens
1 Red Delicious

Steps:

  • Always wash food thoroughly prior to juicing. Cut off brown edges, etc. Carrots are considered anti-aging foods as they are rich in beta-carotene. Carrots contribute to healthy hair, skin and nails and detoxify the liver. Beets purify the blood and can prevent various forms of cancer. They lower blood pressure and relax the mind all while providing a high source of energy. Apples promote healthy skin, hair and nails plus they contain pectin which absorbs toxins, stimulates digestion and helps reduce cholesterol.
