One-Pot Cheeseburger Pasta Recipe by Tasty image

Here's what you need: ground beef, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce, ketchup, beef broth, fusilli pasta, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, green onion

1 lb ground beef
1 cup onion, diced
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
4 cups beef broth
16 oz fusilli pasta
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup milk
green onion, sliced, to serve

Steps:

  • In a large pot over a medium-high heat, add ground beef, onions, garlic, salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce, and ketchup. Break up the beef to incorporate the seasonings and cook until browned, about 6-7 minutes.
  • Pour in the beef broth and one cup of water and bring to a simmer.
  • Add the pasta and simmer for 20 minutes or until the pasta is cooked throughout and the broth has cooked down, stirring occasionally.
  • Pour in the milk and cheese. Stir until the cheese has melted.
  • Serve garnished with some sliced green onions
  • Enjoy!

Zesty and sweet, this unique pasta salad melds the flavors of barbeque chicken, pasta, and freshly diced vegetables for a delicious summer meal. Can also be made without the chicken or with less, for a side dish.

3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 cup barbeque sauce
1 (16 ounce) package small whole-wheat pasta shells
1 cup barbeque sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 cup jicama, peeled and diced
2 red bell peppers, seeded and diced
2 orange bell peppers, seeded and diced
2 (15.25 ounce) cans whole kernel corn, drained
¾ cup minced fresh cilantro
2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped (wear gloves)
1 red onion, chopped

Steps:

  • Place the chicken breasts into a saucepan over medium-low heat, and pour in 1 cup of barbeque sauce. Simmer the chicken until the meat is no longer pink inside, about 15 minutes. Allow to cool, and dice chicken meat.
  • Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Once the water is boiling, stir in the shell pasta, and return to a boil. Cook the pasta uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the pasta has cooked through, but is still firm to the bite, about 10 minutes. Drain well in a colander set in the sink. Rinse pasta with cold water until chilled, and drain again thoroughly.
  • In a large salad bowl, whisk 1 cup of barbeque sauce with mayonnaise until thoroughly combined. Mix in the cumin, then stir in cooked chicken. Place cooked pasta, jicama, red and orange bell peppers, corn, cilantro, black beans, jalapeno peppers, and red onion into the salad bowl, and gently fold to combine with the dressing. Serve warm or chilled.

1 ½ teaspoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon avocado, or canola oil
1 ½ cups dried fusilli pasta, cooked according to package instructions and drained, still warm
french onion dip, for serving

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, stir together the smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and brown sugar until evenly combined.
  • In a medium bowl, toss the warm pasta with the avocado oil and half of the spice mixture, stirring to coat evenly.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 390˚F (200°F) for 5 minutes.
  • Add the pasta to the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes, tossing every 2-3 minutes and watching carefully to avoid burning, until the pasta is beginning to brown and crisp.
  • Return the pasta chips to the same medium bowl and toss with the remaining spice mixture until well coated. Let the pasta chips cool slightly, about 5 minutes. The chips will continue to crisp up as they cool.
  • Serve the pasta chips with French onion dip.
  • Enjoy!

1 (8 ounce) package rotini pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
8 ounces ground turkey
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon salt
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
¾ cup barbecue sauce

Steps:

  • In a large pot with boiling salted water cook rotelle pasta until al dente. Drain.
  • Meanwhile, in a large non-stick skillet heat oil over medium-high heat, add onion and cook until onion for 2 minutes, or until softened. Add ground turkey and cook until no pink remains, about 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in chopped green bell pepper, corn, chili powder, dried oregano, salt, tomato sauce, and BBQ sauce. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until slightly thickened, about 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • In a large serving bowl, combine the turkey mixture with the pasta. Serve immediately.
