Steps:
- Heat oven to 400ºF.
- Arrange TATER TOTS in single layer in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 10 min.
- Meanwhile, brown meat in large skilled sprayed with cooking spray; drain. Return meat to skillet. Remove from heat. Add broccoli, tomatoes and 1-1/2 cups onions; mix well.
- Whisk soup, milk and garlic powder in medium bowl until blended. Stir in 1 cup cheese. Add to meat mixture; mix well. Cook 1 to 2 min. or until cheese is melted, stirring constantly. Spoon over TATER TOTS. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions.
- Bake 20 min. or until heated through.

Steps:
- Brown beef and onion; drain off fat.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, parsley, oregano, basil, 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper.
- Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, combine spinach, ricotta cheese and remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- Spoon spinach mixture around edges of a 13x9x2 inch baking dish; pour beef mixture into center.
- Cut each mozzarella slice into 3 strips and arrange in a lattice pattern over meat.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

BEEF NOODLE CASSEROLE
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
- In a large skillet cook ground beef and onion in a few drizzles of olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook until beef is browned and no pink remains. Drain excess fat from pan.
- To the beef add tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper flakes. Simmer on medium-low, uncovered for 10 minutes then remove from heat and stir in pepperoni.
- Meanwhile, cook noodles in salted water per package directions. Drain well.
- Return noodles to pot and onto burner with heat off. To the noodles add cream cheese and half and half. Mix until cream cheese has melted. Add Parmesan, mix well.
- To assemble: Layer 1/2 noodles on bottom of baking dish. Top with 1/2 sauce and 1/2 cheese. Repeat ending with cheese.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is lightly browned.
- Let stand for 10 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley just before serving.

Steps:
- 1. Brown the ground beef, onion and garlic, stirring frequently. Drain and place in a 1 1/2-qt casserole dish.
- 2. Add the basil and spaghetti sauce, and mix thoroughly. (You can add as much or as little of the sauce as you like to suit your own taste.)
- 3. Place the shredded cheese around edge. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Steps:
- Cut beef into 2.5cm-3cm pieces and season the beef with salt and pepper.
- Brown the meat in a frying pan with a film of oil over a high heat and transfer to a slow cooker.
- Scatter in the onion, garlic and capsicums.
- Stir the flour, tomato paste and beef stock together to make a smooth paste and pour over the beef.
- Add the tomatoes, scatter in the oregano and cover.

Add the flour and cook until no floury taste remains. Stir in the tomatoes and stock and simmer until thickened, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan, about 3 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the macaroni, cream, parsley and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a large ceramic baking dish about 2 inches deep. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheese and panko on top. Bake for about 15 minutes, until the casserole is bubbling and the cheese is melted. Let stand for 5 minutes. Scatter the scallions on top and serve.
