1 receita de leite condensado diet
1/2 xícara (de chá de leite desnatado)
1 xícara (de chá de coco ralado sem açúcar)
1 colher (de sopa de margarina light)
1 colher (de sopa de amido de milho)
Para Enfeirar
Coco Ralado Sem Açúcar
Cravo-da-índia

Steps:

  • Em um liquidificador acrescente todos os ingredientes ( menos os que serão usados para enfeitar )
  • Depois em seguida, coloque a mistura em uma panela e leve ao fogo baixo. Mexa sem parar
  • Quando der o ponto de beijinho ( desgrudando do fundo da panela ) desligue o fogo
  • Continue mexendo por cerca de 3 minutos
  • Coloque em um recipiente e deixe esfriar
  • Agora é só você enrolar os beijinhos, passar no coco ralado e enfiar com o cravo

This beijinho recipe, also known as Brazilian little kiss, is not only tasty but also a delish variation of a famous Brazilian sweet, brigadeiro.

1 14-ounce (397 grams) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon butter, and more to grease your hands, if needed
5.3 ounces (150 grams) coconut flakes
Shredded coconut
Cloves

Steps:

  • Add the condensed milk and butter to a non-stick pan on medium heat.
  • Stir and cook the mixture with a wooden spoon or plastic spatula non-stop.
  • Once the mixture looks more like a dough than a batter, it's time to add the coconut flakes. It should peel away when you scrape the bottom of the pan and reveal it for a couple of seconds before the mixture levels out again.
  • Stir it well to mix the flakes to the dough.
  • Transfer it onto a greased plate and spread it so the coconut brigadeiro can cool down faster. Put it in the freezer for 35 minutes.
  • Before rolling the beijinhos, place a plate full of mini bonbon cups and another with the coconut flakes and sanding sugar mix.
  • With a teaspoon, take a piece of the dough in your hands, roll it, and place the truffle onto the plate with the coating. You will want to make sure to dredge the coconut truffles completely.
  • After dredging all beijinhos, transfer them to candy cups.
  • To finish your sweet, garnish each beijinho with clove and voila. Enjoy!

1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon butter, plus more for pan
¼ cup sweetened flaked coconut
sweetened flaked coconut for decorating
whole cloves for decorating

Steps:

  • Bring milk and butter to a simmer in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Continue to cook, stirring often, until the milk has reduced to half and thickened, about 20 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in the 1/4 cup coconut, and allow to cool a bit before pouring into a buttered bowl. Chill in the refrigerator until cold, about 2 hours.
  • With buttered or oiled hands, form milk mixture into tablespoon-sized balls, and roll in coconut flakes. Stick a clove into each beijinho as decoration.
