Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Mix cream cheese and brown sugar together in a small bowl; spread over bacon slice. Roll up and transfer to the baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until bacon is browned and crisp, 10 to 15 minutes.

- To get a really crisp edge, snip a few small cuts in the fat around each bacon rasher. This will also stop it from curling up too much when cooking.
- It's best to buy dry-cure bacon if you can, as less water is released when frying, ensuring really crisp fat (the best bit) and a better flavour.
- Place a large frying pan over a medium heat and add a trickle of oil.
- Lay the bacon in the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until it's as crispy as you prefer. Remove the bacon and divide between 2 slices of bread. Spread either tomato ketchup or brown sauce on to the remaining 2 slices and place sauce-side down in the pan.
- Leave for about a minute to absorb all the juices in the pan, also warming (but not toasting) the bread.
- The other 2 pieces will be warmed through by the hot bacon on top, with any bacon fat seeping through the bread. Assemble the sandwiches and eat straight away.

This is the ultimate bacon buttie with a little bit of a mouth watering twist.

- Place your bacon under the grill on a tray to catch the juices. While the bacon is cooking, cut your ciabatta into two slices. Butter the bottom half and lay the rocket onto it gently. Leave the top half to the side for now.
- Check the bacon and turn if needed. Once the bacon is cooked lay the three rashers on top of the bed of rocket. While slicing your tomato place the top haf of the ciabatta into the bacon tray to soak up the juices.
- Lay the slices of tomato on top of the bacon and then put the sweet chilli ketchup on to taste. Finally place the top slice back on, cut in half, and enjoy!

- Heat a griddle or frying pan, then cook the bacon for 3 mins each side or until golden and crisp.
- Cut 6 thick slices from the loaf and butter each one on one side. Spread the chutney evenly over 3 slices of the bread and top each with 2 rashers of bacon. Top with the other slices of bread, buttered side down, then press together well.
- Return the butties to the pan over a medium heat (you'll have to do this in batches), then toast for 2-3 mins each side until golden. Remove from pan, then rub both sides with cut side of the garlic clove. Cut the butties in half and serve straight away.
