GRILLED SHRIMP & SCALLOPS RECIPE
It's crazy how one of the tastiest things to cook on the Blackstone griddle comes together in under 5 minutes. Scallops and shrimp are full of protein and a delicious meal by any standards

Steps:
- Preheat your Blackstone Griddle to medium-high heat, about 400F
- Pat both the scallops and shrimp dry with multiple layers of paper towels
- Melt the butter on the griddle
- Place the shrimp in the butter and begin to cook
- Place the scallops on the griddle
- Season the scallops with the BBQ seasoning
- Season the shrimp with the lemon pepper
- After cooking each for 2 minutes, flip the shrimp then flip the scallops
- Cook for 2 more minutes
- Remove the scallops
- Check the shrimp to see if they have lost all gray color and opaqueness. If the shrimp are still slightly opaque, cook an additional minute until done
- Serve immediately

Steps:
- Make your kebabs by threading the shrimp through the stick.
- Start by turning on your Blackstone Griddle to HIgh. Let heat for about 5 minutes.
- Add the butter to the griddle, allow for it to melt.
- Add your shrimp, and season with salt, pepper, and seasonings.
- After about 3 minutes, flip your shrimp and then cook for another 3-4 minutes until fully cooked.
- Remove when fully cooked.
- Plate, serve, and enjoy!
LEMON GARLIC SHRIMP ON THE BLACKSTONE GRIDDLE

- In a small bowl combine the avocado oil, fresh garlic, salt and pepper.
- Next peel the shells from the shrimp. Personally I left the tails on but you can take them off if you'd like.
- Add the shrimp to a large baggie or bowl and then top with the avocado oil mixture.
- Make sure to coat evenly.
- Next heat the Blackstone grill over medium high heat.
- Once hot add the shrimp to the grill. Be carefully because these cook quick!
- Once the shrimp start to no longer be translucent flip the shrimp (2 minutes)
- Cook for an additional 1-2 until shrimp is fully cooked on the other side.
- Be careful to not overcook!
- Remove from the griddle and transfer to a plate.
- Squeeze fresh lemon and top with parsley or cilantro.

GRILLED SHRIMP ON BLACKSTONE

- Preheat the Blackstone Griddle to medium high heat (350-400 degrees F). Melt approximately 1 Tbsp of the butter on the griddle. Then place the shrimp directly on the griddle in the melted butter.
- Sauté the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until the shrimp is pink (only flip the shrimp once). Move the shrimp to make an opening on the griddle in the center of the shrimp. Place the remaining butter, minced garlic, salt and pepper in this opening on the griddle. Then toss the shrimp in this mixture for 1 minute until the garlic is aromatic.
- Remove the shrimp from the grill, top with the lemon juice and it's ready to enjoy.
