BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE SCONES

Number Of Ingredients 8

Ingredients

2 1/4 Cup flour
1/4 Cup sugar
1 Tsp baking powder
1/2 Cup butter
1/2 Cup cream cheese
1 Egg
3 Tbsp buttermilk
3/4 Cup blueberries

Steps:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
In a bowl combine buttermilk and egg.
In another bowl mix all the dry ingredients.
Combine the wet ingredients into the dry ones. Slowly mix in the cream cheese and blueberries.
Slightly knead the dough and form a circle. Cut the cones and take to the oven. Bake for 25 minutes or until done.
