HOT DOG AND BEAN CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• In a bowl, stir together the hot dogs, pork and beans, barbecue sauce, and brown sugar. Pour mixture into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
• In another bowl, mix the corn bread mix, milk, and egg together with a fork just until combined. Drop spoonfuls of the cornbread mix over the bean mixture. Carefully spread the batter over the bean mixture.

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9- by 13- by 2-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
• In a large saucepan, brown the ground beef, onions and bell peppers. Add the pork and beans, barbecue sauce, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and brown sugar to the mixture. • Take package of hot dogs and cut in half and then split length wise. Meanwhile cook bacon on low medium flame and cook until half way cooked, do not cook to a crisp.
