OVENGOLD® TURKEY & PEPPERHOUSE GOURMAISE® PINWHEELS

Steps:

• Place the wrap onto a work surface.
• Spread the Pepperhouse Gourmaise onto the wrap, inching it close to the outer edges.
• Sprinkle the lettuce evenly over the top, followed by the turkey, overlapping the cold cuts if necessary to fit it all onto the wrap.
• Fold & wrap the sandwich.
• Slice the wrap evenly into 8 pieces and serve with additional Pepperhouse Gourmaise on the side.

SPICED OVENGOLD® TURKEY FAJITAS

Steps:

• Julienne turkey into ¼" x ¼" x 2" long strips.
• Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onions and pepper and grill for 3 minutes.
• Add the turkey and seasoning and cook until the turkey is warmed through, about 4 minutes.
• Warm the tortillas and spoon on the turkey mixture.
• Squeeze lime wedges on top for flavor, if desired.
• Roll up and enjoy.
• Serve with sour cream, salsa, grated cheese, guacamole, or lime wedges if desired.

Steps:

• Place opened rolls onto a clean work surface.
• Spread the Bold Fiery Chipotle Gourmaise on the top and bottom half of each roll.
• Top the bottom of each roll with coleslaw, cheese, and Ovengold Turkey.
• Crown with the top of each roll.

OVENGOLD® TURKEY SLAW

Steps:

• Julienne turkey into ¼" x ¼" x 2" long strips.
• Core and shred cabbage coarsely. Toss in large mixing bowl with green onions and toasted almonds.
• In a separate bowl, add sugar to rice wine vinegar and whisk until sugar is completely dissolved.
• Whisk in canola and sesame oil.
• Pour evenly over turkey and cabbage mixture and toss evenly to coat.
• Garnish with sesame seeds.

OVENGOLD® TURKEY AVOCADO SANDWICH WITH BACON

Steps:

• Place bread onto a clean work surface.
• Spread the mustard on the top of each slice of bread.
• Top one slice of bread with lettuce, tomato, avocado, Ovengold Turkey, cheese, and bacon.
• Crown with the second slice of bread and cut diagonally to serve.
