Our refreshing, spirits-filled lemonade includes lemon and orange juices along with a generous dose of bourbon.

Steps:
- In 2-quart saucepan, mix water and sugar; heat to a simmer. Simmer about 5 minutes to create a simple syrup. Once sugar is dissolved, let liquid cool.
- In large pitcher, combine simple syrup, lemon juice, orange juice and bourbon; stir with wooden spoon. Add orange slices, lemon slices and mint leaves.
- To serve, pour lemonade over ice into cups, filling each half full. Top each with club soda. Garnish with mint sprigs.

SPIKED LEMONADE
Steps:
- In a saucepan, add the sugar and water. Heat until the sugar dissolves. Chill until ready to use.
- In a small pitcher, mix together the lemon juice and chilled simple syrup. Add the syrup in stages and taste so it is the right amount of sweet and sour for your liking.
- To serve, place ice cubes in a high ball glass. Add a few mint leaves. Pour some bourbon into the glass to your taste. Add lemonade and top with club soda.
BEER-BOURBON LEMONADE
Keep this pint extra cold with lemon-beer ice cubes: Mix beer, lemonade and small lemon slices and freeze in an ice cube tray.
