BROCCOLI CHEDDAR TATER TOT CASSEROLE
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350° and spray a 3 quart baking dish with non stick spray. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, stir soup, sour cream, 2 cups cheese, onion, butter, salt and pepper together until well combined.
- Add tater tots and stir until well coated.
- Spoon into 3 quart baking dish.
- Top with remaining cup of cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish. Set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk together the soups, cream, milk, salt, pepper, dried onion and mayonnaise Evenly spread tater tots on the bottom of prepared dish. Next layer with broccoli and then ham. Spread evenly.
- 2. Pour and spread soup mixture evenly over the top. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
- 3. Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes. Sprinkle evenly with cheese and bake until cheese is melted and browning and casserole is bubbling.
- 4. Remove from oven, let set for 5 minutes to set up. Serve alone or perhaps with some good chewy french bread.
