EASY BROILED PORK CHOPS
Easy Broiled Pork Chops recipe creates tender, succulent and incredibly flavorful broiled chops. Always a hit no matter the time of year.

Steps:
- Preaheat oven to broil.
- Meanwhile mix together dry rub.
- Lightly oil grill pan and preheat in oven for 5 mins.
- While pan is heating pat dry pork chops using paper towels. Sprinkle both sides of chops with dry rub using 1 tbsp per chop.
- Place chops on heated pan and broil 7-8 mins per side.
- Once cooked, remove from oven and place chops on a platter to rest for 5 mins.

BROILED SESAME-GARLIC PORK CHOPS
They sound kind of fancy, but these pork chops are simply marinated in toasted sesame dressing and garlic and popped under a broiler. Weeknight easy!

- Mix dressing and garlic until blended. Pour over chops in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of chops. Refrigerate 15 min. to marinate.
- Heat broiler. Remove chops from marinade; discard marinade. Place chops on broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Broil, 4 inches from heat, 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (145°F), turning after 5 min. Remove from heat. Let stand 3 min. before serving.

- Mix honey, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, ginger, chili-garlic sauce, garlic, and sesame oil in a small bowl. Place pork chops in a resealable plastic bag. Pour 1/2 of the marinade over the pork chops; seal bag. Marinate in the refrigerator, 8 hours to overnight. Place remaining marinade in an airtight container and refrigerate.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly spray the grate. Remove pork chops from the bag and shake off excess marinade; discard marinade from the bag. Grill pork chops, basting with refrigerated marinade, until browned and no longer pink inside, 8 to 10 minutes per side.
- Pour remaining marinade into a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 5 minutes. Spoon sauce over the pork chops.

- Place pork chops on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with half of the sesame seeds. Broil 4-6 in. from the heat for 6 minutes. Turn over and sprinkle with the remaining sesame seeds. Broil 7-8 minutes longer or until meat juices run clear., In a skillet, saute garlic in butter for 2 minutes or until tender. - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown pork chops 3 to 4 minutes per side. Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
- Whisk honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, and butter together in a bowl and pour over the pork chops in the baking dish.
