4 3/4 inch bone in pork chops

Steps:

  • Preaheat oven to broil.
  • Meanwhile mix together dry rub.
  • Lightly oil grill pan and preheat in oven for 5 mins.
  • While pan is heating pat dry pork chops using paper towels. Sprinkle both sides of chops with dry rub using 1 tbsp per chop.
  • Place chops on heated pan and broil 7-8 mins per side.
  • Once cooked, remove from oven and place chops on a platter to rest for 5 mins.

1 clove garlic, minced
4 boneless pork chops (1 lb.), 1/2 inch thick

Steps:

  • Mix dressing and garlic until blended. Pour over chops in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of chops. Refrigerate 15 min. to marinate.
  • Heat broiler. Remove chops from marinade; discard marinade. Place chops on broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Broil, 4 inches from heat, 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (145°F), turning after 5 min. Remove from heat. Let stand 3 min. before serving.

  • Mix honey, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, ginger, chili-garlic sauce, garlic, and sesame oil in a small bowl. Place pork chops in a resealable plastic bag. 1-1/2 teaspoons sesame seeds, divided
1 to 2 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons butter
1/3 cup whole milk
3 ounces cream cheese, cubed

Hot cooked pasta

Steps:

  • Place pork chops on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with half of the sesame seeds. Broil 4-6 in. from the heat for 6 minutes. 1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup honey
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons chopped garlic
2 tablespoons butter
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
1 dash cayenne pepper, or to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown pork chops 3 to 4 minutes per side. Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
