Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325°. In a large pot of salted boiling water, boil Brussels sprouts until fork-tender, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Roll out Crescent Rolls dough and separate into triangles. Wrap each Brussels sprout with a piece of bacon and place on center of each triangle. Roll up and place on a baking sheet, seam side down.
- Bake until golden and puffy, 12 to 14 minutes.

Steps:
- Trim the brussels sprouts at the base, and using a sharp paring knife, cut an X into each base.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place the brussels sprouts in a heavy oven-proof casserole, and toss with 6 tablespoons of the butter, salt and a generous amount of pepper. Stir in the lemon juice.
- Cover tightly, and bake for 25 to 35 minutes, until the brussels sprouts are just tender. Baste and stir 2 to 3 times during the cooking.
- While the brussels sprouts are baking, heat the remaining 2 tablespoons butter in a large, heavy skillet. Saute the mushrooms over high heat until lightly browned, 5 to 8 minutes.
- When the brussels sprouts are done, mix in the mushrooms and serve.

Steps:
- Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over high heat until butter is melted and begins to brown, 1 to 2 minutes.
- Stir Brussels sprouts and lemon juice into butter and oil; cook, stirring constantly, until sprouts are just heated through and starting to soften, about 45 seconds. Remove from heat.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve.
